Honestly, the best service I have ever received from a Starbucks! I walk in after 7am and you see nothing but big beautiful smiles and warm Good Morning greetings. I had a simple customization to my order and they confirmed if was correct & also double cased my food since it was extra hot.

This is the absolute best Starbucks in all of Oklahoma, they have the most friendly staff of any location I’ve been to and I’ve been to plenty.
It’s a shame the company as a whole does not treat its people better. Tipping should not be inherently done at this place as the price of your coffee more than justifies a reasonable pay for those employed.

Things go wrong at any business but there’s a manager that always makes things right. He’s always welcoming and friendly. I’ll continue to go there as long as he is there.

UPDATE:
I went to the El Reno Starbucks just to find out the manager “Storm” was let go. He was the manager that was keeping my brother and I there. We may still MIGHT go there because of one sweet lady but just not as often. Please bring Storm back. He knows his stuff and has a kind heart.

I have to reduce my rating on the El Reno Starbucks because the service has gone down hill since Storm was wrongfully let go. There are only about two good employees left. I won’t go into details but the service was terrible on April 24th 2025 after part of an order was fixed wrong. One employee tried to go above and beyond making it right while the new manager made the experience bad. El Reno Starbucks NEEDS Storm back.

I have tried following the instructions to give feedback like request requested, but it will not allow me to do so.

Several of mine and my brother’s orders have been messed up since Storm has been wrongfully, let go. Timer before last, our caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino was lacking an extra caramel crunch, and extra shot of espresso and this time was the same thing. Plus the pumpkin bread was almost not given to me, and it was given to me cold when them reminded of the order. Please do better and higher back Storm. It only makes El Reno Starbucks and the two or three remaining good employees look bad.

My brother and I was in drive through and decided to go in. It was 10:05 and the lights were still on. The employees had turned the lights off and locked the doors before we could get to the doors to make an order. This location has seriously gone downhill since Storm was wrongly let go. It’s so sad to see a store with so much potential go to waste because of poor management and customer service.

Starbucks can’t help, but they keep making mistakes I order a Vente and get a grande And they had a lousy way to fix it. If the owner can post a phone number on here that I can explain things better please do it. As I said before, things would be better if store had Storm back.

My first time in this Starby’s (my friend from Colorado calls Starbucks that, as well as others from her part of Colorado, so it’s stuck with me), and I am glad they made it to El Reno! The morning crew here was very friendly and welcoming. There was a new trainee, and she looked at me, kinda lost looking, but it wasn’t long before another employee (possibly a manager) came over and helped her with taking my order. I wasn’t sure how El Reno would feel about a Starby’s in town, but according to the way car after car went through the drive thru, and customer flow inside, I am sure that it will be here for the long haul.

Not only did I get a joke of a sandwich, as you can see.. but they only had the tomato and mozzarella to choose from and it was only 1p.m.

I’ve never had such a bad experience at any Starbucks in my life.

I visited this Starbucks recently with my daughter our second time at this location. During our first visit, a male employee with glasses yelled at us because we didn’t respond right away, we simply couldn’t hear him. He abruptly asked, “Are you going to order anything or not?” When we replied yes, he said he wouldn’t serve us and told us to leave due to our “attitude.” It was shocking and uncalled for.

Hoping for a better experience, we returned about two weeks ago. Unfortunately, the drink I received tasted completely off either the flavoring or the cold foam wasn’t right. I politely asked the barista, Heather, if it could be remade. She made a face and insisted nothing was wrong with it. I explained that it just tasted funny and asked again for a fix. She argued that it would be made the same way anyway, then abruptly slammed the cup into the trash before remaking the drink. While the second one tasted much better, her attitude was completely unnecessary.
Hopefully El Reno Starbucks will get better!!!

I’ve been drinking Starbucks coffee for 30 years, in that time I’ve been in hundreds of stores, but when I walked into the store and El Reno Oklahoma I was impressed with the design and the beauty of the store inside. I got to talk to Brittany the manager on duty. She was super helpful, polite and engaging in conversation about this part of State. Her staff was extremely polite and friendly. Behind the counter. Can’t wait to drop in on the way back to Arizona.

I’ve never been here in the evenings, but the people who were on staff on the morning of 11/28/24 were super friendly, greeted me and my friend and even told us happy Thanksgiving! The Server (I believe her apron said her name was Ara) was even sweeter and asked if our drinks were to our liking and asked if there was anything else she could get us. The drinks were piping hot, just how we wanted them, and they had all 3 of our drinks, with edits included, to us in less than 5 minutes from time of ordering and that was with a line in the drive through.
