It all started with a four star, but as the time here went on, the “flaws” kept coming.
Went up to the bar prepared with the table number and ordered the food and drinks. Loved the great selection and enjoyed the atmosphere. Love the outdoor area that they offer.
Ordered the pretzel, chicken wings and chicken tenders tossed in a sauce. Well, pretzel bites came out instead and of course no difference was made on our bill. The pretzel is $3 more than the single order of bites. The server didn’t even catch that for us when we said it would be okay to leave the bites versus have the kitchen warm up a pretzel. Then the chicken came out and the tenders weren’t even tossed in the sauce even when the person at the register asked if we wanted the tenders tossed. But nope. What is the point of asking and saying yes if it comes out plain. The last nail in the coffin is the person who took the completed trays. I said “Thank you” and zero acknowledgment or reply od “You’re welcome.” The place was not even at full capacity and someone who is working a customer service role can’t even reply with a “you’re welcome?”
You want to drink and watch sports on a tv or several? This is the place. But don’t expect more than that. And no greeting when you come in. Poor customer service and poor communication ruined the experience. Overpriced food and service.

Went by to check this place out. Dan helped us make a great choice for a extra-large pretzel, 1/2 price on Wednesdays. This was one of the best pretzels I’ve had. We also tried the brisket Tacos, which were amazing. Go by on Thursdays for music bingo. Check them out!
Went back again and it was even better. Dan and Fred were great hosts. You must try the Pretzels!

Stopped in for a quick lunch and some beer. This place had plenty of beers with a variety of different styles. The food menu had decent options from appetizers to main dishes. We opted for a few beers and a large pretzel with cheese. Wife thought the cheese could have been a thicker consistency but had good flavor!

The two bartendes, Liz and Trish, are awesome. Worth every penny! I go to this bar mostly because Liz and Trish are so awesome and entertaining!! The beer selection is always great. If they don’t have it on one of their many taps they have an entire cooler full of choices. The only thing holding this place back is food. If they had better food choices this place would be beating customers off with a stick.

The atmosphere is always a great spot to hang out to have a drink. You can be inside with the tvs or on the lighted patio. Either way it’s a perfect way to add to an evening.
The Giant Pretzel with beer cheese is great paired with your ice cold beer.

The food was a little underwhelming but service was excellent and the outdoor area was very enjoyable for a quiet dinner. The beer and cider options were plentiful and overall it was a nice experience.
