An order was put in ahead of time and several subs couldn’t be completed as ordered because they were out of several items. It appears the app doesn’t update inventory based on location which is extremely inconvenient.
They only had one staff member running the entire store. The staff member did their best, but it was hard for them to serve all the customers in the store.
There is plenty of parking in their free parking lot.

Worst subway ever. I ordered from here and didn’t receive anything close to what I ordered. They ignored all of my specifications and barely threw together a basic build sandwich. The meat amounted to 4 small thin slices on a footlong. Do not waste your money on this place.

Horrible service. No one was standing to serve me. Saw the worker in the back room sitting and on his phone. I tried to get his attention but clearly being on his phone while on the job is more important. This is unacceptable.

it is very annoying to visit a franchised restaurant and not have the coupons that you have received, in the same community, not be taken. these are coupons that I received in the mail. I live in the same city.
A few days ago I had a buy one get one coupon. It was told they don’t accept them. he actually told me that none of the stores around accept them. which is untrue. they then told me I could use a two sandwich for $xx coupon. which I did.
Tonigh I revisited the same subway, I asked if I could use the coupon which was three sandwiches for $xx.xx. I was told yes. and then while we were building the sandwiches, I was told that the sandwiches I was ordering were not allowed to be purchased with a coupon. these are the same sandwiches that I purchased last week using the coupon.
I don’t eat at Subway very often anymore, the coupons I received in the mail got me to want to eat some subway. The coupons literally did what they’re supposed to do. get new people in the door.
after two visits in the past 7 days, I will not visit the subway ever again.

We ordered on door dash pick up we picked up the food and we sat down to eat there was ingredient missing off of a sandwich we went back to talk to them and the gentleman was very rude he did not refund anything and when we said there was no mustard on the sandwich he said there’s a little splash and all he did was gave two little containers of banana peppers and Black olives. there was barely any ingredients on the sandwich at all. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. this isn’t the first time we had a problem the time before that we were in there almost an hour just waiting for our order to be taken because there was only one person working and he was new and very slow and they had him closing.
