Ate breakfast here at 7am. The place was packed and we expected a super long wait, after ordering from the kiosk the food was actually pretty fast. Double Sausage Croissan’wich and french toast sticks were delicious. I would expect to order off the kiosk a not from an actual worker, also expect a longer wait and full seating.

Dear Burger King Customer Service,

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an incident that occurred at one of your airport locations.

I attempted to place an order at the cashier counter, but I was refused service and told that orders were only being taken through the self-service electronic kiosks, as the counter was restricted exclusively for airport employees. I explained that it is difficult for me to use the electronic screens due to a personal condition, which I prefer not to describe here.

I then approached the shift manager — a woman with Latino features and tattooed arms — and asked why I could not be assisted at the counter. She responded that this was airport policy and that they were not allowed to take orders from customers at the register. While I understand she may simply have been following instructions, this practice is unacceptable.

This situation is discriminatory and inconsiderate to customers with disabilities or limitations that prevent them from using self-ordering technology. No customer should be denied basic service, especially when reasonable accommodation is required.

I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate measures be taken to ensure all customers, including those with disabilities, can receive fair and accessible service.

I’m going to review this based on my own experience. Some of the previous reviews had me a bit concerned, but the food turned out to be good—actually, very good. Everything was hot and fresh, and I received my order in just two minutes. I also arrived around 10 p.m., when the place was fairly empty, which may have helped.

Come here if you want to be disrespected This loud, rude black lady at the front asked in an attitude if any other place was selling breakfast at 1pm? I said “ the pizza across was but a little pricey “ which it was. and she was not having any of that, she then proceeded to ask me “ Am I going to eat all that ketchup?” I responded “ I definitely am” as I took more she said “Don’t take all that much” as I left she was bad mouthing me. I did in fact take and not waste any of it and I could see where the concern of waste comes from but knowing my appetite and self limitations I am happy to report no ketchup was wasted. This is the worst I’ve ever been treated at BK

I was a bit nervous after reading the negative reviews, but my experience was fantastic! Around 930am, I used the kiosk to order a few whoppers and breakfast sandwiches. The kiosk was easy to use. I ordered my whopper without pickles, and it was easy. Food was prepared quickly (maybe 5 minutes after I order), and the staff was very kind to me.

this guy was taking everyone’s order.
Then, when it got to my order, he refused and told me to use the kiosk .
i explained to him that i had allergies and i had to place my order with him he then started to yell and deman that i use the kiosk which i explained again that i couldn’t because i was allergic to certain things and on the kiosk i can’t take thise items off he then started to yell at me in front of everyone and then started taking people’s orders that was behind me (yes they were black) we are Hispanics
i asked him why he was refusing service to me and asked him if he was racist then he started to yell at me more and curse at me so i took a picture of him to leave this review.
i went to a different restaurant to get food, and then that guy came over and told the other companies to deny me service and started yelling at me again because i left a bad review!
he also called security and tried to get me kicked out of the airport!
i told security all that happened and that i was right and not to worry about him, but if he continues, then they will kick him out for harassment.

the customer service for this burger king was horrible!

there are a lot of bad reviews about this place but management won’t fix the problems!

When my daughter went up to simply ask for sauces, the lady yelled “NO” right to her face and walked away. One of the employees heard in the back and was laughing. My daughter is autistic, and only 8 years old. When I went up to confront the lady, she told us to leave and if we dont leave then she’ll get airport security and kick us out of the airport. All because my daughter asked for sauces. Shes completely traumatized now and scared to talk to anyone. I will NEVER go to this bk again or any bk. This experience ruined our trip and we decided to fly back home early. I am beyond shocked from this and I cant believe any human being would be so rude, especially to a little girl. This place needs to be audited everyday. And hopefully shut down. The food is terrible and sloppy also. Ive been to some really ghetto BK’s but this one is by far the worst ive ever been too. Do not go here.

I definitely agree with the star rating at this location. I paid extra for on an item and didn’t get the extra on it. It took over 10+ minutes to receive my food. The customer service from cashier was friendly but the one I received the order from wasn’t that friendly. I would try this location again……..

Staff was rude and forgot my order had to wait 22 min for one burger when they weren’t even busy AND the somehow got my order wrong and I had to ask for my cup. Mean staff plus crappy food this location should be shut down!
