Normally go to another chip shop, but tried this due to circumstances. So glad I did!
Greeted with a smile by both people and a warm welcome.
I ordered a tray of chips with extra Donna meat. No problem, added onions no problem.
The donor meat was a great portion and super tasty. The chips? Wow! How i remember chips used to be, chunky, brown, great flavour ( the oil?). In a world of bland anaemic chips, this was brilliant. Definitely my go to for chips from now on!

Great value fish and chip shop. It is a pleasure to visit and we have great fish and chips each and every time. We are so lucky this is our local chippy!
In my opinion, the best take-away by miles; wouldn’t give you a thank you for burger, pizza or fried chicken!

Found this place after searching on google, and very happy I did! , proper old school chip shop! fresh cooked cod and fantastic chips! I would highly recommend. Very friendly service! The cod was amazing! 10/10! if in Hinckley give it a try!

Owners are very friendly which is so lovely. Food is great and although further than my closest chip shop the food was hotter ! Chips had great taste and omg the batter crisp . Great prices too . Well worth a visit
