When I ordered a 12-inch sub, the quantity of filling I received was barely equivalent to what is normally put on a 6-inch sub, just spread across the entire bread. When I questioned the employee about this, I was told that management has instructed staff to reduce portion sizes specifically for cost-cutting purposes.

This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Customers are paying full price and are not receiving what they are supposed to. This feels misleading and unfair, and it reflects very poorly on your management practices. I expect this issue to be taken seriously and escalated, because deliberately short-serving customers to save costs is not acceptable.

What an embarrassment of a “sandwich.” Should have ordered from Jersey Mike’s instead. I got a dribble of mayo, no vinegar, no onions, the sandwich is stale bread and spinach. They also did not include the cookie that I paid for. What a waste of my time and money. I will absolutely never re ordered from this place or go in person. Whoever prepared this order clearly needs trained.

Ordered on the Subway app for pick-up today. Got there and they did not make my order. Why you ask? My sub was on a flatbread, which they said they do not offer anymore but is available on app! They were also out of Lettuce and Spinach! Since you must pay in advance, I asked for a refund since they had nothing I ordered. Well of course they cannot refund me in the store, I have to request through the APP! So they have my $15 today and it will take a month to get a refund if I get one at all!?!? I took the sub they made threw in the garbage and will NOT return. There are way too many sub shops out there to deal with this! Also was told this Subway was under new management, well in my eyes this Subway was under NO management at all!

Every time my co-workers and I eat here we get stale bread. We now go down to the Carnegie store because this location can’t get it right. Today I didn’t have enough time to go to Carnegie…once again, it’s stale. I’m not eating here again.

This subway is by far the best one I’ve ever been too. The staff is helpful and patient if your undecided on what you want to order as well as informative and suggestive. As long as they keep selling the Chicken Bacon Ranch ill always recommend this place and keep returning.

This is one of our toasted sandwiches and this is a toasted sandwich if you pull the meat down from the top of the bun of course it doesn’t look toasted because the meat was on top of that side “in the toaster” and what happens to meat when it gets heated up it gets juicy and the juices go into the top of the bread it’s sad when people try to scam places out of money and they want to try bash good people that work there for no reason because they’ve had a bad day. Truly is sad what people will do. Sincerely Jenn B and Heather C.

Ordered chicken bacon ranch melt online. It was soggy and sloppily made. No passion masking my sandwich. Was the employee angry when my sandwich was made? I hate when they turn the bread sideways and throw all the ingredients in… I don’t eat my sandwich sideways, I eat it normally, upright. The cookies were nice and soft and seemingly fresh. Other than that, whom ever made my food was lazy and ghetto. “I ain’t apologizing cause I meant it.”

I went to the Subway on Noblesteon Road. When I got there, the employee was outside smoking a cigarette. He said “just to let you, I only have Wheat.” This is 1 in the afternoon. Why wasn’t bread being baked. OK, no big deal. I walked into the shop and he followed me. He went behind the counter. DID NOT ATTEMP TO WASH HIS HANDS. I asked him, “aren’t you going to wash your hands?” He said OK. He ONLY rinsed his hands. No soap. AND THEN ON TOP OF THAT, he wore NO GLOVES. I just walked out.

Within open hours yet they have a sign on the door saying “no bread for 2 hours”. That’s literally your whole menu demographic, what do you mean?? Not to mention no indication of when the two hours began. Absolutely ridiculous.
