Not sure if there’s just a bunch of incompetent people running the store or what but something is ALWAYS wrong with my order. If you spend your money here, be prepared to have to gas up to drive back to the restaurant, because something is guaranteed to be wrong

I Decided to run through the drive-thru and grab dinner here last night. I was the first person in line—with only two of us ordering when I approved.
After receiving my two drinks, I waited, and waited, and waited while at least five employees were huddled up by the drive-thru window having a great conversation. While most were on their phones. No updates regarding the way or anything. Meanwhile, the line was wrapped around the building. I requested a refund, almost $50, returned the drinks and left.
Its’s one thing to be young/entry-level, but it’s another to have no disregard for the consumers who pay your wages.

I’ve been by here a couple of times where they were closed early. Once they were out of one of the salads I wanted. I like Zaxby’s; I’m just having a hard time with the service at this location.
Went back for another visit on 3/16. I was so disappointed. The salads were wrong, half full, and drenched in buffalo sauce. I’m willing to wait in the long lines for good food, but this visit was very disappointing.

Food is great, staff is horrible, young girls working drive through window very snotty, definitely doesn’t know how to say “YOUR WELCOME “ when someone says “THANK YOU” after receiving food. Shuts window while still talking to them. Love the food but will not go to algood zaxbys anymore.

Why do you all charge a quarter for one sauce? I’ve got to where I eat zaxbys a lot I go to Cookeville but today I was in the Algood area so I stopped here and all I asked for was one Zaxby sauce with my meal I did not have any money I paid with a credit card I had to dig up 25 pennies because the lady said I had to pay a quarter for one sauce. It’s not like I got extra I didn’t get any. She wasn’t friendly either. I waited 10 minutes there was a couple other people in there, but they were already eating. I didn’t understand what was taking so long. I was on my lunch break so I finally asked. She said they had to make fries, but it was a long time standing there but that’s ok she should have said sorry about your wait or you can have a sauce for your wait! Horrible service! It was an older lady working the front. I go to Cookeville a couple times a week they don’t charge a quarter. And they are friendly and usually packed with half the wait time! I even told her cookeville don’t charge a quarter why do yall she said I don’t know that’s what the sign says as I’m counting 25 pennies!

My sister and I decided to stop on as it had been a long time since we had eaten there. We ordered the Zensation salad and she ordered the Cobb salad. Since the Philly Chicken Sandwich was new we decided to order and share it.
The line of customers was relatively short and our food was prepared promptly. My salad, the Zensation, wasn’t very good. The fried chicken that was cut up on the salad was dry and tough and was less than the size of one chicken finger. My sister enjoyed her salad. I took the Philly Sandwich back to the counter as it was so salty it was as if someone opened a full salt shaker and poured the entire shaker on that sandwich. It actually burnt my tongue it was so salty. The manager just happened to be there and I explained the situation to her and she had the sandwich remade without the garlic salt but with butter instead.
The staff was great. The restaurant was clean. I probably won’t go again but if I do, I will stay away from the fried chicken and go for the grilled and will definitely skip the Philly sandwich.

The Blu Zalad is so delicious! The chicken is buffalo.I get mine with blue cheese or ranch dressing. It is a big plate full of food and actually has a good amount of the chicken. It isn’t hot at least in my opinion. It also comes with delicious toast but I am not eating bread so I had to give it to my son. He said it was delicious. Service was good and nit a long wait time for our food. I would recommend Zaxbys to anyone who likes different flavor options for chicken or would just like a good salad.
