Extremely disappointed. Ordered on app… even every items tag said it should have cheese on it(all 3 of the items placed). And yet not a single shred of cheese on any of our items. Tried to call to talk to a mgr- got an automated service that was absolutely no help. Got on the app to talk to pepper. Again no help whatsoever. Cheese to me makes a taco, a burrito, a bowl… so missing that item made all 3 of our meals pretty lame. Pepper apologized n said they’d add 3 free soft drinks to our app to be able to use for a limited time… 1 we don’t drink pop at all…pop want the issue- the food was. It was supposed to be ready at 740 at 750 my daughter got the food(it was all cold when she got home at 803). Not sure what the hold up making it, unless none of it was heated when they threw it together. I’ve never had this problem at the Green Chipotle. N the lack of personable customer service when there is an issue really makes me reconsider whether we’ll be using Chipotle again at all…

Last week we were here and randomly tried Hartville Chipotle and it was great. This week we went out of our way to come here thinking it would be the same and it was terrible. We ordered online and despite waiting in the pickup line for the order, Steak Tacos were cold and soggy and were full of gristle. I ordered a chicken bowl, and whatever they mistakenly put on it, it was so hot I couldn’t eat it. They even forgot utensils. If it was busy you might be a little more forgiving but there wasn’t anybody in line or in the shop. Won’t be going out of my way to come to Hartville for Chipotle anymore. Consistency and quality could really use some work.

DON’t waste your time or money here!!! The reviews saying the portions are small/suck are absolutely right. I haven’t ordered from the Hartville Chipotle in quite some time because they have NEVER made the portions the size of other Chipotles. However, my son wanted to eat here and since he was visiting from college and it has been so long since I’ve gone to this one, I thought maybe by now they might know how to do their job. I ordered on the app, put on extra beans and rice, and even and included a generous tip, hoping to help encourage the worker(s) to actually do their job. What a waste!!! Our bowls were not only missing the extra anything, they were barely half full. And on my bowl there were only a few pieces of chicken. Not even a scoop like they usually do – at least everywhere else. Save yourself the headache. Just drive to the other locations out of town like I’ve been doing and will go back to doing. This place doesn’t deserve the Chipotle name. It’s a disgrace to the brand.

I literally had the longest day and just wanted some good chipotle, so I ordered some during my work break to pick up. Next thing I know, it’s a HALF EMPTY BOWL. I also picked up my coworkers and hers was the same way, and she didn’t even have a fork. Very disappointed in this chipotle.

Not off to a great start… my kids meal was missing the taco shells, so my sons meal was just sides. They also shorted us the kids side fruit and they were out of kids drinks completely so I had to get them a fountain drink. Food was ready 20 minutes after app said to arrive. I know they just opened and have some kinks to work out, but this was not a good first visit for us.

Went to Chipotle to get 2 kid meals and a bowl. Asked for extra protein for kids meals, and what is generally free elsewhere, they charged us $5 for extra protein for kids meals. Ridiculous!! The portion size is awful for $5 each extra. And $7 extra for meat on bowl, the portion was pathetic. Food lacked flavor, no salt on chicken and no lime flavor on rice.

We have enjoyed this location since it opened, and it had become our preferred Chipotle in the area. We had a frustrating experience tonight, however, and won’t be returning. I ordered two quesadilla kids’ meals, which normally comes with a choice of rice and beans, a side of chips or fruit, and a drink for $5 each. I have ordered this meal dozens of times, both in store and on the app. I always decline the rice and beans because my kids won’t eat them, and it would just go to waste. The app allows you to decline them with no problem, and I’ve never had an issue ordering it that way in store, including at this location. Tonight, when I told them no rice or beans, they told the cashier to ring each item up individually instead of as a meal, which resulted in us being charged an extra $6.20. When I took my receipt back to the front to ask why I was charged more, they said it couldn’t be rung up as a meal without getting sides, and I had to pay for everything separately. I explained that I always order it this way with no problem, and it didn’t make sense to pay more for less food. I would’ve just ordered the sides and thrown them away had I know. The money isn’t a big deal in the long run, but both employees my husband and I talked to were pretty rude about it, and it seems ridiculous to rip people off when I did order and receive a kids meal, I just didn’t want to waste the parts my kids won’t eat. Very disappointed in how it was handled, and we won’t be returning.

ordered a kids meal with white rice, steak and cheese. no steak anywhere they gave me white rice and cheese. I didnt order a quesidilla and thats what they put in there. and instead of 2 tacos they gave me one. this has been a consistent issue I’ve had there.

Most unreal thing I’ve seen from a chipotle franchise. This is a new location in Hartville. Youd think they’d want to impress. I paid for chicken and barbacoa. This burrito is half the size of my hand and cost $20. I cheeseburger at McDonalds, yes, as flimsy as they are is almost the size of this. Those cheeseburgers sometimes sell for $1. I will never go here again. I will tell everyone, including their executives out west how out of touch they’ve become. Way to take advantage of people!
