Beyond disappointed. And she added onions when I didn’t ask for onions and when I told her she just kept building my sandwich. I’m very disappointed with this location. Skinny sandwiches and no disregard for paying customers worst subway I’ve ever been too.

I went to Subway because I read that they accept EBT and then when I went to pay, I made my sandwich and they completely embarrassed me at the end and told me that I need to ask upfront, if I’m Using EBT. She called me broke and told me not to come back. I still purchased my drink and it is really good by the way. She had a name that started with M.

Subway with a drive-through… what more could I say. Great location with a mountainview and 1950s architecture gives a great atmosphere as you enter. Excellent servove!

I ordered a sandwich through the Subway mobile app and picked it up in-store. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When I opened it, the sandwich was put together so poorly that it looked more like a roll of cookie dough than a sub — you couldn’t even see the meat or other ingredients. I had requested it toasted, but it somehow came out both soggy and dry at the same time, and the bread tasted stale.
What makes this more frustrating is that the store was empty at the time. The employee working clearly had downtime (I even noticed them cleaning the fountain drink area), so it wasn’t a case of being rushed or overwhelmed. With the lack of attention to detail, it’s no surprise this location sits at a 3.8-star rating.

I come here all the time and it’s clean and neat, always looking fresh and the customer service is also exemplary. With the workers making jokes are making a nice conversation. I give this location a 10/10

I happen to enjoy Subway very much. I usually buy from them twice a week. This location is the one that i frequent the most. The restaurant is always clean, never really a long wait before being served, and the staff always acknowledge you as soon as you walk through the door which is great. Everybody working behind the counter is skilled at making the sandwiches with very little room for error unless you simply aren’t paying attention. Kayla is VERY POLITE and friendly with a warm smile and is eager to please. She’s very professional in my opinion and i can see her managing one of these restaurants if she decides that is what she wants to do. She has a very good memory and remembers what i ordered the last time i was there which is something that i find very impressive. Brian is also very good, courteous and tries his best to please their customers. They make going there a pleasant and memorable experience. I commend you both for being dedicated enough to consistently aim to deliver excellent service to your customers which is something that is seriously lacking in a number of fast food establishments. Keep up the great work!
