The subway on Broadway is a joke. I pull up and 2 guys outside smoking cigarettes. So I had to wait for the smelly cig guys to make my subs. Then I had them make one sub for my wife which was fine. But on my sub, he was trying to tell me they charge extra for mayonnaise? How is that when, it’s 25 dollars for 2 subs. And it’s owned by the same owners. I went to the one by GameStop. And they were awesome, and get this, they didn’t charge me for extra mayo? How ironic. I’ll never go to the one on Broadway ever again.

On line order. Paid for in advance. No answer when store was called several times to request a simple adjustment to order. Loyal customer subsequently assumes store is closed. When manager is FINALLY contacted, she claims that the order was prepared, not picked up, and the owners must review and decide upon resolution of issue. Store has been closing early due to COVID19. However, the online order system still accepts orders and payment up until the time of the store’s posted hours. Issue is with the ownership, not so much their manager. The manager was put in an unfair position by the owner. Instead of honoring a loyal customer’s $11 spent in their business. The loyal customer received nothing for their money spent. These owners don’t trust their manager to make basic store level customer service decisions. Therefore this former customer will never spend another cent of his/her earned income to support such a poor example of the service industry in our community.
Follow up: The owner’s decision is that we, the loyal customer are “at fault” in this mix-up, (and, we are to a degree), therefore, she refuses to serve us any food for our money spent. Very dishonorable representation of Paintsville’s small town business community.

It isn’t the fault of the single worker sweating to fill all the orders coming in. While I waited forty minutes on my fifteen-minute online order, I saw two individual people and one family leave Subway after realizing the line wasn’t moving. I know it is hard to find workers with the Bidencrisis, but please have a Closed sign on your when you cannot accommodate guests.

Six employees standing around doing nothing informed me that they were out of nearly all ingredients and couldn’t make any sandwiches. Was told to go other Subway for service. Smh!
