Amazing thai food. So many options and very flavorful vegan food. Loved how they source most of their food locally and learnt about their fresh produce. The host is amazing and the service was fantastic. We came here after a hike and we totally enjoyed the burst of flavors from the fresh food. The absolute favourite was the blue vanilla vegan icecream. The dumplings were fantastic!! The portions are very generous. Highly recommend this place.

This place factors in tip to their price. So keep that in mind when reviewing prices.

Clean tasty food. Lovely wait staff. Patient. Knowledgeable. Has some organic and local ingredients. Can use zucchini noodles as sub for rice noodles. All good. Nice atmosphere.

Must be fake reviews, Pad Thai is way below average, it has an acidic flavor, its a 1.5 on a 1-10 scale. I have 40 years experience with Thai food, this is not happening. $32 for 2 Pad Thai in paper bowls. Very friendly staff, almost no air conditioning on a 95 degree day..

Stopped in for a late lunch and was greeted by the owner who took time to explain his vision for the restaurant and sourcing only the best ingredients to serve his customers. I was impressed by the prefect flavor of the drunken noodles (ki Mao, I believe) – the spice was on point and it was a nice proportion for my hungry belly. The chef also came to check on me and asked how I was enjoying the food which was awesome. The decor inside is tasteful and vibrant, a welcoming place to sit and enjoy Thai cuisine as lunch or dinner.

This was the first time I have visited the Noodle Hub. We were celebrating my mother’s birthday. We had 6 in our party ranging from Under 5 years of age to over 65 years of age. Some of us have allergies and certain dietary restrictions.
Noodle Hub has a wonderful selection of healthy appetizers to desserts.
You can see from my photos they not only look delicious, they are colorful and imaginative.
Great flavors and delicious fresh ingredients awaited us. The portions are healthy and bountiful.
There is something for everyone. I highly recommend stopping by with one or many. The owner came out and described each dish to us so we knew the dish that was placed I in front of us.
