Phenomenal! We ordered the Ube Latte, Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Croffle, Thai Tea Pancakes, and a Butterfly Lychee. Everything was delicious! The Chicken & Croffle set the bar for the best chicken and waffle combo ever, and the Ube Latte was so good, I ordered a second.

Looked at the menu and was concerned at the relatively steep price, but the value turned out incredible. Great portions, excellent menu variety with unique choices, as well as delicious food and quality presentation in all their dishes. Very friendly service staff, could up the atmosphere a bit but overall amazing experience.

What a charming gem! We were instantly enchanted by the atmosphere—chic, warm, and thoughtfully designed. But the real magic began with the food.
The mascarpone pancakes? An absolute dream. Fluffy, rich, and delicately balanced with just the right touch of sweetness—they melted in our mouths and left us completely smitten. Without a doubt, some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had!
We also ordered a fresh, vibrant salad, chicken and rice, and eggs benedict—each dish beautifully plated and absolutely delicious. The flavors were clean, elevated, and clearly crafted with care.

Amazing food, can’t go wrong with anything here! Had the Thai Tea Pancakes, the Strawberry Matcha Latte, and the Spicy Basil Chicken rice bowl. They were all phenomenal. Reasonable pricing for the portions and the staff were all very kind and friendly, 5 stars across the board!

Cute place with yummy food. The garlic shrimp was very good as was the chicken curry dish. Calamari left a lot to be desired. The sauces were tasty and I like the jalapeño but the actual calamari was over fried and small/scant.
Friendly service a d nice atmosphere. I could see returning.

Tutu lounge replaced Bogie’s on 4th St., San Rafael. We went there and tried 2 things we couldn’t get it somewhere else in Marin. Shrimp tomyum (hot and sour Thai soup) scramble (or you can order omelette) and pancakes with Thai tea sauce. Both are yummy and unique. The tomyum scramble was a great idea, the tangy taste of tomyum went well with scrambled eggs, and the big shrimps on top made it very special as well. The pancakes were good and went well with the Thai tea sauce. The portion is also generous. They have a couple tables on the sidewalk and plenty of tables inside. The owner was very friendly. I saw the sign that they will serve dinner, starting on May 30th. This restaurant is a good addition to downtown San Rafael and deserves a visit from you.
01/04/25 I went to have dinner there with my family and everything we ordered was very delicious. We loved the Brussel Sprout Salad
(Crispy brussel sprout with roasted peanut, cherry tomatoes in som tum dressing),
Tom Yum Prawn Linguine,
Wagyu Beef Burger, Banana Leaf Salmon,
and Ribeye Nam Tok (Medium grilled ribeye steak slathered in larb sauce with herbs & toasted rice powder). The price is a bit high but for the portion, the fresh ingredients and great flavor, it’s worth it

We were lucky enough to go on a early evening so the restaurant had not gotten busy yet. It is not a large venue so I would be sure to plan ahead. The moose man curry was probably my favorite dish. We tried four or five dishes and all of them were great. They were also very accommodating of one guest that needed a space for wheelchair access

My dad and I had a wonderful brunch at the TuTu Lounge! I walked by the TuTu Lounge the other week and was drawn in by the beautiful photos of their dishes.
Today I had the Ube Latte which was yummy and a pretty purple color. For our meal, I had the Tutu French Toast which was a tasty savory dish with parmesan, eggs and bacon. My dad had the Traditional Eggs Benedict, which he said was one of the best Benedict he’s ever had! And we shared the Thai Tea Pancakes, which were delicious (love the Thai Tea sauce).
The service was great and friendly, and the ambience was pretty and fun. I love how colorful the dishes are, this is a happy spot. I hope it stays around; I will tell my friends about it. Thank you TuTu Lounge, see you again!
