Overall, the food was delicious. The meat had no unpleasant smell, and the fried calamari was perfectly done—not too much batter, and neither too hard nor undercooked. It was very clean and satisfying.
The matcha latte had just the right amount of sweetness, and the cute traditional accessories added a lovely touch to the atmosphere.
I think the best part of this restaurant is the ability to customize your ramen exactly how you like it, including the noodle type.

This is hands down. One of the best ramen places I have eaten at in a long time. The broth is so rich and delicious and the flavor of the meat was amazing. I will definitely be back. Excellent customer service and good prices before the amount you receive. Very nice inside dining. Perfect for friends or family. My son and I came here and we can’t wait to tell all of our friends and family to try this amazing place.

We tried three different bowls: the Jiro, Tantan, and Tomato Beef, and all of them were excellent. The Jiro is definitely my personal favorite. The biggest highlight here is the broth, which the owner crafts himself instead of using premade bases. You can taste the difference immediately; it’s rich, flavorful, and thicker than most ramen shops around here.
This is a small family-owned business, with the wife and their kid running the front and the husband cooking in the back. When it gets busy, the wait time can be a little long, but it’s absolutely worth it. Just be patient.
If you like spice, the spicy options are actually spicy, though that’s subjective. Toppings are generous, the pricing is competitive, and I love that you can choose between four types of noodles: thin, regular, udon, or spinach. We tried the thin and regular; the thin noodles are my favorite and remind me of Ichiran’s style.
The eggs are cooked perfectly with that ideal jammy yolk. The meat is excellent too, though personally I wouldn’t mind a slightly higher fat-to-lean ratio. There are plenty of condiments on the side, but all the bowls were seasoned so well that we didn’t need to adjust anything.
We also ordered the croquettes and jellyfish for appetizers. The croquettes were super crispy and flaky on the outside with a soft interior, and the jellyfish was crunchy with a nice little kick. Perfect sides, especially with a beer.
Overall, highly recommend. This place deserves all the support and attention it’s getting!

Presentation was pretty but broth was very bland even chili oil and salt couldn’t save it. The pork tasted old and had an off flavor to it. Not sure how this place has such a high rating.

i came here to order the ramen, i got one tonkatsu and one black garlic. the broth was not good and not flavorful. it felt very bland and had no taste to it. the wait time was almost 20-25 mins for the food to come out. ramen is normally supposed to be served within the 10-15 minutes range. the woman working was very nice but i wouldn’t come back here for the food.

Fried soft shell crab and fried squid legs were little bit pricey but they are on point taste wise. There’s actual meat in the soft shell crab and not just blobs of fried batter like other places. Fried squid legs were very juicy and flavorful. The oil that they used to fry the soft shell crab and squid legs in seemed fresh and clean since there wasn’t any hints of old/dirty oil smell or taste. The Black garlic ramen was nice, just a little bit salty aftertaste when finishing up at the end but that’s better than no flavor at all. The broths were flavorful, the tonkotsu ramen was not too salty and doesn’t leave you with that MSG feeling in your mouth after. Service was a little slow because the ramen took a little while to come out but I’d say it’s worth the few extra minutes of wait.

Today, I came to eat ramen with my daughter. We ordered 2 styles. The shop has a good atmosphere, is quiet, peaceful, good music and good service. I ordered tonkatsu ramen. The taste of the soup has a clear pork flavor and is not too strong. You can eat it all the time. If you like spicy, you can add more. The shop has chili oil. My daughter ordered jiro ramen spicy. The taste of this dish is more flavors. It is a little spicy but not too spicy. It has a fragrant smell of soup. There is chopped garlic on the side, making it more fragrant. And I ordered stream dumplings. For me, it is okay. I smell a little bit of pork like it was taken out of the freezer. But overall, it is not bad. Finally, I ordered a frozen wafer sandwich with matcha flavor. I like it very much. If you like matcha, you must try it. Overall, everything came out well. I ate everything until there was nothing left.

I truly can’t get enough of this place—the food and service are consistently top-notch! On my latest visit, I went with the Shrimp Tempura and the Crazy Spicy Jiro, and both dishes exceeded expectations.
The Shrimp Tempura arrived piping hot, perfectly crispy, and bursting with flavor. Paired with a silky, creamy dipping sauce that had me scraping the bowl clean, it’s officially on my must-recommend list!
Then came the ramen… and wow. Not only do they accommodate my customizations (bean sprouts out, cabbage in—yes, they nailed it!), but each ingredient in the Crazy Spicy Jiro offers its own punch of flavor while blending beautifully into one delicious, fiery bowl. It’s my go-to order every time, and it never disappoints.
If you haven’t stopped by yet, you’re missing out on truly authentic Japanese cuisine with a fresh twist and a welcoming vibe. Don’t sleep on the Shrimp Tempura—trust me, it’s a game-changer.

First time here. Been wanting to try it since they opened and a friend suggested trying it out. Glad I did. I liked that they had other choices other than just ramen on their menu. I ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen with the Black garlic oil and my husband had the pork Tonkatsu with curry over rice. We also ordered their handmade potstickers which was yummy and juicy. The portions are fairly substantial and the thickness of the pork was fairly thick. The egg was spot on delicious. Already got my buy in here, but what I loved even more was that they offered a spinach noodle option which is gluten free! Restaurant is small and filled up right away. We were the first customer when they opened today. Had one guy doing everything, but he was very polite and was attentive. Shortly after 2 more helpers arrived. Place is clean and cozy. I will come back and bring more people to try their other items.

This restaurant has recently added something new. Besides its tasty ramen, it now has a small bar with Japanese drinks and snacks. Ramen with small bites and light drinks makes the experience special and fun.
