We ordered food from there a couple months back, waited 1.5 hours for our delivery which was supposed to be only 30 minutes. Then I called and they said there driver went in the ditch. I understood just Very disappointed on the communication as I have a family to feed. Waited it out a few months and gave it another shot. Said our food would be delivered by a certain time and when that time hit they called and said they were out of a lot of the ingredients we ordered. Good food and nice people just need to work on staying up to date on inventory. And increase wait times to a realistic level.

We got a XL all meat pizza. First one was messed up, they told me to keep it and made a new one exactly as ordered in 10 minutes! I 100% recommend! Pizza is great and so is the cinnamon melts!

Food was finished on the app, but when I went into the store they were incredibly rude. They spoke to me like they couldn’t believe I was in the store, and like they absolutely couldn’t wait for me to leave. Cut me off multiple times even though I was just asking when they thought it would be finished. They told me that it was 10 more minutes so I waited, and then they got mad when I came to check after the time they said. The food was poorly made, burnt, and missing cheese on half. When they finally finished after more than 40 minutes (with no other customers/orders to be seen) they threw the box on the counter and actually squished half of the pizza. I will never be going back. Never had such a disrespectful experience at any other food place.

I went in around 4pm, so if you don’t want to be spoken to like you’re wasting their time, I would recommend coming when different people are working or just going somewhere else. Absolutely not worth the overpriced, squished pizza they served me.

Not impressed. Only place I’ve ever seen someone open carry with a pistol crudely stuck in their Lilo and Stitch sweatpants.
Food is lackluster too. Not sure how the franchise is being maintained but quality control isn’t a thing here. Salads are teeny tiny for the price paid and the vegetables were halfway frozen/slimy. When I called to order, whoever answered had the nastiest attitude with a fake nice persona, didn’t let me finish speaking and kept cutting me off.

I think I’ll try other local places from now on

Ugh, first let me start by saying I’ve tried so hard to give this place a chance. I felt bad for how much flack they were getting when they first opened. But I think it’s about time they step it up. Out of the handful of times my husband and I have ordered from here, only our first order has been correct and actually tasted good. They have made it “right” before by offering a discount on next purchase or remaking the order, but for all that hassle, why not just do it correctly the first time? I understand it’s just a pizza place but take pride in the food you’re making. This was the last straw for me. Pizza with Italian seasoning that looks like they just dumped half the bottle on half of it with barely any on the other side, frozen soggy vegetables in the salad, why would you even deliver that? No one wants veggies that have been frozen on a salad. My dogs won’t even eat them. For the price of their items you’d think they’d care about what they’re serving people. Just sad. Oh and don’t even bother ordering their subs, poorly made, look nothing like the photo, and they’re TINY. I’ll stick with Millington Pizza. Best pizza and salads around, great prices, and they get it right every time.

We had a vendor purchase pizzas for our business from here and it did not go well. The pizzas appeared dried out and then we found out from the vendor that they were charged three times for it. However, they would not call them back as the woman on the phone was hard to work with, mainly due to an accent or language barrier.

⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 Star – Disappointing Experience

I had high expectations for Cottage Inn Pizza in Vassar, but unfortunately the experience fell short.

The service felt rushed and inattentive, and the overall atmosphere didn’t match the reputation the brand usually carries. The pizza itself was underwhelming — lacking flavor and not nearly the quality you would expect from a place advertising “gourmet” pizza.

For the price, the food and service simply didn’t deliver. There are plenty of other places nearby that provide better quality and a more enjoyable experience.

I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving consistency, service, and food quality.

Tried giving this place a try. Also messaged their Facebook account and wasn’t gotten back with in 2 days. Why offer contactless delivery and then the driver knocks, bangs, & rings my doorbell. It’s all over my delivery and I also told the driver 2x over my camera to leave it at the door. Makes me wish I could have taken my tip away since they couldn’t follow simple directions. Pizza was mid at best. I’ll be sticking with millington pizza from now on. Shoot I think that little Caesars is better at this point. Also, was told via the website that my delivery would be at 6:35 but they got to my house 30 minutes later. Can’t believe I spent almost $46 on this place.

When I picked up my order I stood there for a while and at least 4 people in the back saw me and never once addressed me. A kid at the table in front went to get my pizza for me. Two out of the three things in my order were good but the pepperoni pizza was way over cooked.

Delish! Tried the bbq chicken pizza and not only did it look great it tasted even better. The staff working seemed genuinely happy to be there and were super helpful. Great job!
