We hosted my best friends bridal shower at the brewery as a private event! This was the most amazing experience! We were able to get in early and decorate everything and the staff was so helpful and really made the day special! Would highly recommend having your event here! Beth is the best to work with and she has amazing ideas!!!

This was year 3 of attending your VDay dinner special. The past 2 years were fantastic. The steak and shrimp were prepared perfectly. This year the menu changed to just steak bites and the dinner was very disappointing. Steak bites were over cooked and very dry. Bread was as hard as a rock. Baked potato was dried out. The cream puff that was served for dessert was frozen solid. This was such a disappointment after the past couple of years.

We really like Palouse Brewing and want it to succeed, which is exactly why this review is more honest than glowing. Right now, the place is good, but nothing on the menu or tap quite makes us say, “Wow, we have to come back for that.”

The burgers and sandwiches are fine but fairly typical bar fare. The fries, however, are excellent and exactly the way we like them. The charcuterie pretzel board is genuinely worth the trip and stands out as one of the strongest items on the menu. I’ve always believed that when a restaurant or brewery is finding its footing, it should have four absolute home runs on the menu. At the moment, a few items make it to third base, but none are home runs.

The menu has expanded since our last visit, and we plan to come back and try the pizza, assuming it’s new or we somehow missed it before.

One area that really needs attention is the acoustics. Like the Caboose down the street, the echo and overall noise level make conversation harder than it should be. This is not a difficult or expensive fix. You don’t need a sound specialist to figure it out. Simple glass insulation on the ceiling, covered with landscaping or similar fabric, would make a huge difference. The outdoor space, on the other hand, is fantastic, and during the warmer months it’s exactly where we want to sit, stay, and enjoy a few beers.

Speaking of beer, this is another place where a small adjustment could pay off big. There’s a consistent flavor note across several of the beers that feels just a little off. It could be a cleaning issue or, more likely, a yeast choice, but whatever it is, it shows up repeatedly. If left unchecked, that kind of thing tends to get worse, not better. I say that reluctantly, because we really do enjoy the place.

The manager is excellent, and the rest of the staff are equally solid, friendly, and professional. That alone gives Palouse Brewing a strong foundation. My comments may sound blunt, but they’re meant as encouragement. With some tweaks to the food standouts, a bit of attention to acoustics, and fine-tuning the beer, this could easily become one of the best spots in the area.

Palouse Brewing Company is a fantastic local brewpub with great craft beers and a welcoming atmosphere. The food is flavorful, the service is friendly and attentive, and the vibe is relaxed and inviting. A perfect spot to unwind, enjoy quality brews, and spend time with friends or family.

The food was great, we had a pizza and burger and both were very good. I had their Helles lager, which was okay but not like a typical German Helles. The atmosphere was a little stark, but very clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

Fantastic beers and an amazing burger (one of the best burgers I’ve ever had). The staff was extremely friendly and conversational. Not sure if I’ll ever end up in Palouse again, but if im ever in the area, I’ll be taking a detour.

Great service, the waitress was really busy, but was friendly and let us know that there would be a wait. Brought us beers to sample because the one I ordered she had a problem with the keg.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. We each had a The Classis burger. The food was served quickly. The burgers tasted delicious! The fries were very delicious also. Next time we are in town we will be stopping by.
