Went through the drive thru and when she went to hand me my drink it went literally flying somehow and got on my car, genuinely so funny it was crazy but crew was super apologetic and nice about it even though I was not even slightly mad and then they gave me the funniest replacement drink. 10/10

I’ve been through this drive thru about 8 times. And out of those 8 times they got my order right once… not sure why I go back but today was the last straw. Don’t waste ur time and money and a huge disappointment. Just running to the target location if u really want Starbucks. But me, I’ll for sure be going to the local coffee drive thru across from COSTCO at the first set of food trucks. Delicious and gets it right every time.

First off, rarely do I ever leave negative reviews…but the ladies working the drive thru (2/19/25 @ 8:20 am) were extremely rude & not @ all customer focused. I also work a service oriented job & it’s unnecessary to have an attitude with customers. Especially when all we were doing was ordering & we were nice.

I’ve had a shitty birthday today and I went to get my birthday drink and they were weird from the start. Then when I got to the window they were like the birthday reward is not showing up in your rewards on our end. So I told them I want going to pay for it and then I tried to show them my ID to prove today is my birthday and the girl ignored it and came back with it’s not showing up on our end so I left. Terrible service I have the app and to do this every year they even had the drink made at that point just give it to me instead of making it awkward and uncomfortable. lol definitely made it a worse birthday congrats they kept a drink they already made.
