Ordered a large half cheese and half pepperoni and got this monstrosity. The pizza was clearly leftover slices that had been sitting for hours thrown together to form a large and arrived all crumpled together. The pepperoni did not even stick to the cheese as it was probably added after the fact. The pizza arrived way too quickly for the pizza to have been prepared specifically for our order.

Great place for some good quality pizza. What’s fortunate to find them close to our hotel, Aloft, during a recent visit to Boston!Their pepperoni pizza is their number one item for a reason. Check out the char & cup roni slices on this pie! Great take out to bring back to the hotel. Highly recommend.

Live nearby and tried boardwalk a while back and thought it was just fine. Then I read a recent review about the pizza changing and to order it well done and decided to give it another try. I was glad I did as this was excellent.

Chicken fingers were low quality and none were worth eating.

Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, it was an absolutely delicious thin crust pizza with large chunks of really well seasoned chicken, a nice amount of cheese, and the dough was nice and crispy! It also wasn’t super oily which is great! One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had!!!

Just ordered pizza and got one of my favorites, the fig prosciutto, they did a great job at preparing this sweet/savory dish (might add pear slices), the sweet potato pizza has a good spicy kick to it, made with fresh veggies and crust was nice and crispy. Certainly would recommend this spot.

It looks like Boardwalk Pizza is the supreme pizza, sandwich and calzone shop in the area and there are a ton of them, so hats off.
I ordered takeout via phone and my Chicken Parm Sandwich was ready within ten minutes. It was on the pricey side but food prices are outrageous anywhere you go outside of Chinatown so I would conclude that the prices are only a tick on the high side. The short lady was so nice, I had to tip when she swung the Ipad of doom around. I gave her 14% on a Takeout Order. I gotta start using cash at these places.
I transported my sandwich to Seaport and looked out over the water as I devoured one half of the generously portioned sandwich. I wish I had had a fridge nearby because the second half of the sandwich sadly lay at the bottom of my bag for three or four hours, at the end of which, I was left with no choice but to eat a simalcrum of what had been handed to me when the sun was at its apex. The best way to turn this place into a cheap eat is to simply share a sandwich.
I don’t know when I’ll be back in the area but I will likely try one of their highly rated pizzas if I have the chance to.

I always come here when I visit southie. Today? Worst experience ever, I may not return. I asked the man at the register to heat up my slice. He refused. I asked again, he assured me their pizza heater was new and the pizza is hot. I watched him struggle for several minutes to get the slices out because it wasn’t hot at all, the cheese wasn’t even melted. Mauled my slices with the tongs. When I got home with my slice, it made sense. There isn’t any sauce on the pizza! How disgraceful. First he lied to me about the pizza being hot then withheld the fact that there was no pizza sauce on the pizza. I returned asking for sauce on the side and told him he shouldn’t lie to customers like that especially when they bring business here and tip everyone. He just nodded his head, no apology, no I’m sorry you dealt with that. Didn’t offer to remake them WITH SAUCE. I’m just surprised and utterly disappointed. Zero stars….smh.
