I’ve used this place 3 times as it is the nearest. The food is tasty but not generous, in fact not great portions. Food could have been hotter too. Quality of the lamb was suspect – very chewy. The garlic prawns were not good – tasteless. Value for money is poor – they charge top dollar but not worth it. I’m not going to use them again

I phoned to explain there were only 4 pieces of meat and 1 bit of potatoe. The man on the phone checked with the chef who said no that was the portion. The customer service was appalling. The remedy was to get a better portion next time or bring it back I said I ordered a home delivery as I wasn’t feeling well to be told that wasn’t his fault and I asked if he was happy that this was good customer service to be told good customer don’t complain. Photos are the portion separated out.

Would have taken back, if wasn’t so hungry. Hard not very nice pieces of lamb. Certainly not prepared today.. Not actually taste of a Rogan josh. give it s miss. 2 king prawns in starter. Better flavour, but no value for money.

I usually order from here very regularly and never had a problem in the past, however this evening my dad ordered food at around 7pm for both him and me. The guy on the phone said it would be 40 minutes maximum. Absolutely appaled, after 2 phonecalls to chase it up and find out whats happened with our food, we get told there’s been an issue and they’ve had to re cook it from scratch and that it will be with us within 10-15 minutes. Finally nearly 2 hours later the food has arrived.
Feel very disappointed as we usually use this as our regular curry shop, and I can now say I will be hesitant to order from there again.

Asked for garlic and cheese naan and get the most pathetic bit of cheese. Also asked for a madras medium heat as their heat blows your head off but still received a head blowing madras. Used to really rate this place but gone downhill for a while!

Once again, poor delivery and communication. Food is good but told 35-40 mins for delivery and it takes nearly 1.5 hrs. Definately not the first time. Fed up with offers of discount on next order as it never happens. Have used this company for 5+ years but will not use them again.Good food and reliable delivery available at other takeaways in the local area. Shame this company dont care about customer service.
