Tried pastor and pollo burritos. Good burritos, would recommend lite beans and pico de gallo add. Got gipped with no guac at $2.50 per burrito. Total per burrito was $20 with add ons, not worth that price.

Good food. When the truck was out on division it was great. In the past week, I have gone to the truck during opening hours and it was closed ( they had literally JUST updated their hours on instagram within a day or two) And now, I went to the downtown place at 11:30 (they open at 11) and he said they would be open in 10 minutes. When I came back at 11:45 they were just opening, he told me no rice or carne asada. You didn’t know that 15 minutes ago??? This is typical Portland Lazy. Food carts must be a hard business but they have no right to complain if they don’t hold up their end of the bargain. I predict this location at least will be closed within the year.

I ordered a bowl of the birria ramen. I received it without any meat so I had go go back to the 1 person working there to to add it. He did apologize but when I thanked him, he completely ignored me so not a fan of the professionalism there. The birria itself was ok – lacking a lot of flavor in my opinion.

Located at The Flock on Ritz Carlton bldg.
It’s pricey because of its location and because of it, The Flock is not busy at all. I rather go to nearby food carts for the same quality of foods. Street foods with restaurants prices.
