Le French Bistro is a charming spot in the heart of Kota Bharu, perfect for a cozy meal with a lovely ambience. I ordered the creamy pesto, which originally had beef salami, but the chef kindly accommodated my request to switch it to chicken breast. The sauce was delicious and flavorful, though the chicken breast was a bit dry for my liking.
The staff, both the waiter and the cashiers were very friendly and welcoming. E-payments are accepted, which is convenient if you don’t have cash.
I came here after cycling and was glad to find a parking spot for my bicycle . The waiter kept an eye on it for me, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
Overall, it’s a lovely spot with reasonable prices and great service. Definitely worth a visit!

Exclusively acceptable experience. Feeling like having full dining experience, professional waiter btw foreigner waiter it’s giving overseas vibes. The name of this place speak for itself! The food was superb I ordered the signature one but I’m expecting a bit more color they look too pale and not inviting at all but once you took a bite you can never stop eating. The food presentation can be more improve please.. drink is superb and atmosphere very cosy and classy. I love it!

I tried their Pakistani dishes, Chicken Handi and Omelette with Paratha, and absolutely loved them! The portions were generous, and the flavors were spot on. It definitely feels like a Pakistani restaurant with a French twist. A fantastic experience and highly recommend! 🙂

This was my second visit. My first visit was a long time ago. Based on mostly positive Google reviews, I decided to give it another try. It’s good to see that the menu offers a great variety, and not like some typical cafes nowadays.
We had the fish and chips, supreme chicken, and Caesar salad.
the fish and chips were a disaster—fries were pale and unappetizing, like they came straight from the freezer to the airfryer. the fish had a funny thick batter, macam batter pisang goreng with barely any fish inside. No lemon, and tartar sauce was meh.
The supreme chicken was just okay; the sauce was ok. Buf lacked flavor, and the mashed potatoes were dry
The Caesar salad was dissapointing too —soggy croutons, very thin pieces of chicken, and barely any dressing.
I had high hopes this time, but unfortunately, the food was still subpar. I hope they improve, as the menu has potential.

Really enjoyed spending my time here with my friends. This cafè is mix of french & pakistan cuisine. Selection of menu is great. Servers were nice and professionals, i feel like eating oversea because need to communicate in english with the server instead of KECEK KELATE pizza is thin but scrumptious fish n chips bater is crispy but smells fishy. Luckily the lemon juice can makes that smells go away.
Definitely will come again soon
