This is getting beyond out of hand and not the first time commenting. I also know the manager could care less for any complaints, she laughs it off. Let’s just say I DONT have anything close to DARK hair. This is perfectly placed, lid added and stickered like nothing. This is genuinly sad. If you hate your job this much, leave. People would do anything for your spot in this economy. Customer service is at a -100 as well.

Today my mother and I got Wendy’s and I asked specifically for no cheese on a burger and on my mom’s chili since she had a cheese allergy. After leaving the restaurant and arriving at my destination they had done exactly the opposite of what I asked and put cheese on both her items after I made it very clear not to put it on. I brought the food back since my mother could not eat it and told them what happened. There were no apologies given even after I told them she had an allergy. They gave me “new” food in which was supposed to have no cheese, the burger had been fixed but they gave us back the old chili that had cheese melted into it. Now considering this is a safety concern dealing with allergies I find this ridiculous. Lack of any concern for someone’s health and safety. The unapologetic atmosphere. We will not be back all things considered bc it’s very clear the staffing there has no concern for the safety of their costumers. If someone says they have an allergy restaurants should be on top of the food safety and it’s clear they did not care.

Every time I come here, they are out of something. Three visits ago, ordered a Big Bacon Classic, opened it up to find no lettuce. I wasn’t told they were out of lettuce when I ordered, only when I went back to the counter afterwards. Two visits ago, no baked potatoes. Last visit at 7 p.m., OUT OF CHILI. Cashier told me it was “high in demand” right now…. OK, so shouldn’t you plan for that and make a little more at this time of year? I saw one man leave when he was told they were out of chili. It’s sad, because I think the food here is decent when they actually have what you want.

The location shows 630 am open for drive through. At 645 I placed a mobile order. I pull to the drive thru at 658 am with no response. I wait 5 mins. Still nothing. I pull to the window and not 1 but 2 employees act like I’m not there and turn the other way!! Waited another 5 mins and then cancelled my order.

Extremely disrespectful. If a business shows open at 630, then the employees should have the business ready to open by 630. Not scrambling around to get things together like I could see through the window.

Horrible. I will not return.

this was the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. All I ordered was a double stack with no cheese and lettuce and tomato and you would think that was the hardest thing for them to get right. My sandwiches was fixed twice and it still wasn’t right so after the second time I did not want any contaminated food so I’d like to unload that I wanted my money back well why some big bully come from the grill and ask me for the hamburgers back and I should have the back to him and let him know that I did not want the hamburgers because it’s not what I want ordered. They were very rude unprofessional and and a little bit on the racis side.do not waste your time do not stop here they do not care about your consumers in this area I was just in town driving through Denver but obviously Wendys is not concerned about providing excellent customer service. Do not waste your time and stop here.

Not a huge fan of Wendy’s, but it’s conveniently located across from my apartment complex, and my boyfriend likes it, so I order here often. The food is usually fresh and decent quality. A few weeks ago, we went to get breakfast, which he’s never had before. We arrived about 15 minutes before they stopped serving breakfast. After waiting in line, when we reached the register, there were 11 minutes left before lunch started. The employees didn’t acknowledge us at all. No “I’ll be right with you,” no eye contact, nothing at all. When the cashier finally approached us, there were 7 minutes left until lunch. We tried to order breakfast, and the girl told us breakfast was over. So we asked to speak to the manager. The manager told us the same, to which we responded that we still had 7 minutes. She rudely whipped a screen around and pointed to show us the time, which was incorrect; the time on the screen was about 10 minutes fast. My boyfriend was upset by the way she was talking to him and asked for her name because he wanted to elevate this situation to corporate because she was acting inappropriately towards him, and she refused to give her name. Then she walked off loudly talking about us. When he spoke with corporate, their solution was to send two vouchers for a free meal. The vouchers were months expired. The staff here isn’t bad but she acted so inappropriately, I never would have expected that from management anywhere. Maybe a teenager working at McDonalds.

I ordered a 4 for 4 bag deal or whatever and the lady at the drive through wouldn’t let me just say what I wanted, she had to stop me ask about every step of the way.. which is fine. But when was able to circle back to how I wanted my burger, she said “well you have to tell us that when you order it. What did you want?” I can order and tell you what I want, if YOU WILL LET ME ORDER AND TELL YOU WHAT I WANT.

Suuuuper rude and uncalled for. A simple concept lost on this young lady apparently.

Came to grab a burger on my way home from work , what I got was sadness. Ordered a baconator no mayo xtra ketchup, the sandwich I got had lettuce on it from a different sandwich that it used to be. I didn’t get my receipt either so no way to do a survey to let the business know directly.
