This was my third time here at this location and I don’t know what changed the last two years, but the service was even better today! I watched the young lady and a gentlemen who appeared to be maybe owner or either another host, greet EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER with hugs or hand shakes with they walked into this establishment! She even greeted us as if she remembered our faces!! It was very welcoming! Food was delicious per usual! You can tell a lot of people come their regularly just by listening to the conversation at the bar. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful restaurant sitting right on the lake. The atmosphere is wonderful. The food is fantastic. The service is wonderful. Strong drinks. I can always respect a place that actually deveins their shrimp. Most places I’ve been too here never get the veins out.

Pet friendly! Delicious! Owners we constantly ensuring all of our needs and tastes were met. Loved the complimentary welcome tostados and dipping sauces. The specials were our choice as I loved number 11. They have a white sauce that makes every item it is on just pop with flavor. I highly recommend Cancuns and so does our dog Tini.

Beware — from the restaurant after I got home to realize my order was incorrect, “I should have checked my order before I left”. I purchased (2) Nacho Supremes & (1) Salad w/ranch. I got home to realize I only received (2) chorizo, cheese & chips & (2) no ranch dressing — completely unacceptable & the fact that the gentleman on the phone told me I should have open all items before I left the restaurant. This restaurant isn’t close to the lake home therefore I couldn’t just hop back in my car & go get a corrected order. I will be disputing the charge with my CC since the restaurant didn’t offer to rectify or apologies. See pic below.

The waiter, God bless him was not very sufficient at his job. The shrimp that I had tasted like it’s full of water. I believe this was from not throwing the shrimp out correctly. But I do love the way the restaurant was set up. And they’re Margaritas did not taste bad.
