Customer service was great even though they were busy. I was notified at the time of my order the approximate wait time which was nice. Food was great and made exactly as we ordered it. I highly recommend trying their root beer, it is much better than the standard you get at other places. I also love that they sell celcius energy drinks.

Loved my experience here! Only my second time coming here, but will be coming here again and recommending to others. I love that you can have a gluten free sub here, and the bread doesn’t make you feel like you’re choking from dryness of it . It’s nice and they really pack on the ingredients (not just lettuce). The ingredients here are way better quality than most chain sub shops (subway, I’m looking at you.) I used to prefer jimmy johns, but the only option for gluten free they have is lettuce. I really appreciate that Jersey mikes did not do use gluten free people dirty like that. My husband and I also had a great experience with customer service, Carl was very personable and kind to us and gave us recommendations for both hot and cold subs. If you’re in need of a sub, I’d recommend here!

Was a bit of a wait, but I love their Philly steak and cheese and bread was really fresh…went in today on 8/24/25 at 2:15 I don’t know what was going on, but the floors, tables and under tables ,counters where they wrap up your food and by the cutting board were all dirty… Not impressed

I went in at 9pm, 1 hour before they close. I was greeted by a “We are only doing card transactions from now on” I told him I only had cash. He apologized. What happened to cash is king? Please have ur managment refer to Michigan’s Senate Bill 283 (2023)

Refused service because I wanted to pay with cash. Cash is legal tender, and turning away paying customers over it is ridiculous. There was no warning posted before ordering, just a flat refusal. Cash is king. If you don’t want cash-paying customers, say it clearly or don’t be surprised when people take their business elsewhere. Won’t be back.

Ordered the Buffalo chicken cheese steak #44… so fresh and yummy, can’t go wrong with Franks. Also ordered a #5 super sub, tried the hot chopped pepper relish for the first time and dang where has THIS been all my Jersey Mike’s life. Never ordering without that again. But busy while I was there but service was great. Friendly and efficient. Rosemary parm bread is quite tasty too.
