Fair Grove has been awaiting the opening of this place for some time now. A new business is always an “event” around here. Given that this is a bakery, and baked goods are usually made with lots of wheat flour, I was a little hesitant to give this place a try (and disappointed that we still don’t have a really healthy, natural, allergy-friendly place to eat here). Nonetheless, I was impressed, not only with their attempt to accommodate my gluten-free, allergy diet, they managed to make me a delicious meal in the process!
I ordered a modified meal, and they threw in some lovely, perfectly steamed broccoli as an extra side. My family didn’t tempt me by eating baked goods that day, but they did say their meals were good as well. Now the down side – I had a reaction to something……and I may never know for sure what it was. I did take a chance by eating in a bakery.
For those of you who don’t have to worry about allergies, I would say, give Wesley’s a try. Everything is made from scratch and these folks LOVE to cook. I predict their restaurant will be a big HIT in Fair Grove. Welcome to town!

Friendly people and good food. We all had sandwiches, which were pretty good. Our only complaint was that the sweet potato fries were disappointing. It seemed like perhaps they were baked, which is healthier, but it also seemed that these had been sitting around and had gotten cold. I had the Ruben (sic) and my wife had the cheeseburger, and we were pleased with both. My onion rings were quite good as well. We live a couple hours away, but our granddaughters play soccer at a nearby field, so I imagine we’ll be stopping in here again this spring.

If you are looking for bland food and dried out cake, then this is the place for you. The food is unpleasant to look at and the taste isnt much better
