Food is okay when it’s fresh. However, my big concern is a 15-year-old at the mall. Deli gets a clear cup of water from employees for the last 3 months. From several different employees, she has been given a clear cup for water. Water only. They will not give her the Subway cups as it is part inventory.. however, today a child was told twice after asking for a clear cup of water that she’s been given from employees here for the last 3 months, I’m assuming it is. The owner stated to the child and the mother. They are not allowed to give any cups as it is part of inventory. I understand this. However if there are clear employee cups. That she has gotten four times a week for the last 3 months. Customer service is disgusting.

All of the employees are amazing. Their customer service is fantastic. Management needs work!

Nobody picks up the phone?? I called like 8 times it ridiculous. I wanted to change something on my order and nobody would pick up the phone. The chicken is so little like they didn’t even try.

The prices here are outrageous I spent 18$ on two 6 inch subs. They don’t even offer free water. The lady working tye sub line didn’t speak very loud nor did she really seem like she knew what she was doing, May have been new but I don’t know. The manager on duty seems very unfriendly and not willing to even greet you when you walk up, then after standing there she still didn’t even address us or ask if we needed help. I would avoid this location by all means until they get some new employees and bring their prices back down to earth. Not to mention they don’t participate in any of the current subway promos or coupons. Best advice…..just go somewhere else.

I went in there and got 2 ultimate BMT subs, the only thing that I got on them was mayonnaise onion and tomato on the one sub and the other sub was just tomato and Italian dressing they charged me $42 for those two subs and when I asked for a footlong cookie she says to me oh no you have to order that online we can’t just sell you one out of the store very very disappointed in this because I went to the subway in the pilot on 63, they charged me $23 for the same exact subs and told me if I wanted a footlong cookie that I could just get it in the store she never heard of such a thing ordering it online

Let’s first start off with stating that there is only one person working behind the counter. She is making the sandwiches and she is ringing up people all at the same time so with saying that you’re waiting in line for ever to get service and we waited in line for over 30 minutes and there was only four people ahead of us they really need to do something about the number of workers that they have at this establishment and have some backup people when people call out.

I rushed from work to grab dinner at Subway. Place closes at 9 and I got there nearly 15 minutes til, the sign was still lit and everything. However, the employee there turned me and my friend away saying the store was closed. All I wanted were 2 simple subs for my ride home after a long day of work. Really disappointed in this disservice. Won’t go there again.

I went to Subway this evening with my sister and niece, worst customer experience I’ve ever had. The lady helping us was obviously having a bad night; no smile, hi how are you, how can I help you, have a good evening. She yelled “next!” So loud and rude to the customer behind us. If you are having a bad night, don’t project that negative attitude to your customers period. Never going back again and won’t recommend to others.

This subway has been around for quite a while now, but I must say that as a professional who is responsible for an entire store, the subway of valley mall, is one of the worst subways I have ever been to. I went there today, the toasters didn’t work, the credit card machine wouldn’t work, the attitudes of the employees there, were just negative, and rude. It was honestly ridiculous. I can’t understand how management would allow this store to become so rundown, it’s completely unprofessional, and service quality is unacceptable.
