Absolutely do not recommend this Pizza Hut. This is the second time in 2 years I’ve had a problem and I’ve only been here 2 times in the last 2 years. The pizza looks cooked on the outside but very raw on the inside. Their oven is turned up way to high and that is why this is happening. Very dangerous especially since I’m a cancer patient! I went through drive thru and I get tired of being asked for a tip on everything. This is a pickup not a delivery. This is not a tip position. The pizza isn’t worth the prices they charge now, so adding a tip on top and feeling guilt into it is just upsetting. Especially when this is not even deserving of a tip at all! They didn’t cook it appropriately. So I’m paying and tipping to get food poisoning? Pizza Hut truly has lost me as a customer. This was the last chance. I see them bankrupt soon. Local family owned pizzeria deserve it more, they just close earlier.

We stopped in to dine at the Pizza Hut in Orange City and had a truly fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and genuine welcome that made us feel right at home. The service was fast, friendly, and attentive without ever feeling rushed.
The restaurant was spotless tables, floors, and even the drink station were clean and well maintained. Our food arrived quickly, piping hot, and exactly as ordered. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and was a great value for the price.
This location feels like a hidden gem that’s often overlooked. In a world full of new dining trends, it was a pleasant surprise to find such great food, warm service, and a comfortable atmosphere all in one spot. We’re glad we stopped in and will definitely be back!

I ordered a personal pan pizza for a friend I was visiting. I was dreading this request because it was Super Bowl Sunday. However, even though they were crazy busy, as to be expected, the staff was on top of their hectic day.
I was told it would take 15 minutes and that’s exactly how long I waited.
While waiting, I watched as the delivery orders were expedited as quickly as possible, while the dine-in crowd were quickly served.
Kudos to a well organized staff!

Ok, my issue is with the bad customer service expirence I had to deal with last night , on 2/6/26 , at this orange city location , not only with bad communication with a phone rep I was redirected to when attempting to order pizza and wings, but the bad attitude recieved from inside the store as well when trying to explain what exactly I wanted with pizza hut deals , just to be told its not his fault phone representatives didnt understand my order and I had to pay whatever order she put into system. Over a 100 dollar order which I wasn’t satisfied with but representing pizza hut in a rude manner as if thats acceptable.. that makes me never want to visit nor recommend this store to anyone else even if I need a party order . Not even a single manager ,as they stated, was there to take my concern.

We came in for lunch today and decided to do sit down for once since we don’t normally. So glad we did ☺️
Robert was our server and did amazing.
Our food was cooked perfectly and he was very kind, answered all of our questions and was very attentive to us. We didn’t have to ask for anything, he was already on it!
He even served our first slices of pizza for us and kept our drinks filled.
We would love to come back and have lunch again.

Got the xl New York style for 10 bucks….the commercial with Brady suckered me; there , the pizza looks good. The one I got was probably the worst pizza I ever had. What happened to pizza hut? Years ago, a great place, today, I can’t see the company surviving another two years….just terrible. The heavy, soggy, greasy crust , really minimal cheese…..just nasty. The service wasn’t bad, though, you talk to India not to the store you order from….cmon man!! Your previous business plan worked. I don’t think little kids who would basically eat any ol pizza, would eat/touchthis stuff…..sorry pizza hut.

Ordered on line BIG BOX PAN PIZZA!! THE SQUARE THICK DOUGH PAN PIZZA!!!! WHEN I PICKED UP IT WAS REG ROUND PIZZA DOUGH! I advised them it was Not pan pizza. Mngr argued it was pan pizza dough they no longer have square pan pizza. I advised him they offered it online!!! The only pizza we liked from there was their “PAN PIZZA” THEN THEY SHOULD TAKE IT OFF THEIR MENU AND NOT TRY TO PASS A REG DOUGH FOR PAN!!! To bad they’ve gone to trash! Last time we order there!! Going back to papa John’s and local italian pizzerias! BYE PIZZA HUT! ALL OF YOU THAT LIKE PAN PIZZA DONT ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT!

Delivery was expected in 45 minutes and got here in 20 minutes in which I understood why the cheese Tavern pizza was salty, overheated and dry no cheese looks like a cracker at the point that we couldn’t eat it. Apparently a customer didn’t pickup the order and was delivered to me.

Less than 1 star. Ordered for pickup arrived almost 40 minutes early thought I-4would be backed up. Asked if it could be made sooner girl said no. Told her to cancel it and she could cancel but couldn’t make it sooner. Marcos got our business. Will not return to pizza hit again.

LET ME TELL YOU!!! I was starving and dominos failed me by closing 20 early but when I called PIZZA HUT Max picked up and had an amazing attitude and took our order so respectfully. Now they have won my heart. He definitely deserves a raise yall have him here at 11:50pm at night taking my order with so much joy and smile on his face. HE DESERVES IT!!!!
