We ordered late an hour before closing and our meal was horrible. It wasn’t fresh; fries were cold, meat was PINK and there was no bacon on the burger ordered. It was replaced the next day and the white guy had a complete attitude when I called to explain how the order was still not correct. He mentioned he put bacon on the burger himself and hung up after I said I’ll talk to the Indian Owner tomorrow. He still added onions and mayo which was not asked for on the receipt. Nevertheless it’s only good and fresh when the owners are working during the day!!!! Any time after 4 p.m. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! JUST STICK WITH THE ICE CREAM SELECTIONS!!!! I’ll be back tomorrow to speak with the owner AGAIN myself!!!! Below are pictures of the raw meat and overload of toppings and condiments!!!!

I would like to highlight the outstanding customer service at this location. The staff is consistently professional and welcoming, with excellent leadership from the manager, Sadajj. This is the first DQ I’ve visited where the quality of service has remained exceptional over time. I always feel valued and respected as a customer. The food is consistently fresh, and the Blizzards and dipped cones are always a treat. Thank you to the entire team, especially Manager Sadajj, for setting such a high standard.

The blizzards are always good. I am very impressed with the management and and his employees on how they handled our 20+ church youth that came in. Everyone worked hard to get the order out and everything was correct, and we had the orders placed, the youth fed and we were out of there within 30 minutes.

9-29-19 – Out in Stockbridge area and decided on a snack and dessert, with family. Missed turn at the light and turned at Burger King entrance. Don’t go there if you have to turn left. Light skipped us several times so we turned right, and turned around via another location. Got there and were taken care of, and food came out piece by piece. My wife’s first, which was good, desserts, and then the other meals. Drink options are varied, but not like the full drink machines at other places. There seemed to more Blizzard choices here. Ended up getting burger meal with rings, Chicken strips with fries, and grilled chicken meal with fries. Got Caramel milkshake, Pecan Cluster Blizzard, but asked for pecans to be switched to chopped nuts, and got another Blizzard since the cotton candy one was out for my son; and a strawberry and banana smoothie for my daughter. Fries were hot. Chicken sandwich was ok. Pecans weren’t switched out. Milkshake was kind of made in a way I wouldn’t suggest. Otherwise food was good, we ate there, and manager and staff were accommodating.

Fantastic young staff. Very accommodating and provide great customer service. We went there today with our two younger kids and had some chicken fingers, fries and afterwards some delicious ice cream. Everything tasted fresh and great.

Went here for late lunch and there was a long wait time ppl started leaving. I stayed but for what when I finally got to checkout my fries was not seasoned and my burger was wet like someone forgot to rang out the lettuce. After waiting for 15 minutes for a soggy sandwich I asked for honey mustard for my fries I was told I’d have to pay 50 cents for honey mustard because there was a shortage on condiments ♀️ me being petty I started to hand him back the ketchup I Did Not ask for in exchange for some honey mustard that I did ask for instead. People don’t take into consideration that you too have to play that same roll one-day. Rate no star period-t.

Chicken strips were obviously sitting in a warmer and not fresh. Gravy was not thick like a gravy. Blizzards were not served upside down to prevent it from running out. Will not return to this location even if it is conveniently located.

I normally find DQ’s to be nasty, but this location surprised me. The food was hot. Customer service was good, and they made our blizzards correctly, especially the snickers one. Bonus points for 100% sanitation score
