I come a lot. Had mixed experiences. the manager,who i believe is the GM,is so rude to her employees. They seem like a perfectionist yet it backfires miserably. Its embarrassing and makes me feel uncomfortable and talks to her employees like dogs. Id walk out day 1 and i work in food service so I know And thats the tip of the iceberg. The food can be okay but its usually lacking. Especially when I order extra sauce for an upcharge when I barely get it. Food doesn’t taste as fresh or good as other locations like Troy and fairview. I also frequently come back because of my order being completely wrong. They’ll remake it, but its just a pain. I will not be coming back to this location. Its really not worth spending more on a order thats usually wrong.

This is kind of sad, I ordered extra chicken, paid for extra chicken and THIS is what I got. Food tasted fine but I paid $10 for a bowl with extra chicken and didn’t get what I paid for.

I have gone here approximately 5 times over a month period and have been given meat beef products in a clearly vegetarian labeled meal. This tends to occur at late night and appears that the employees look intoxicated, laughing as if there was nothing wrong with what happened.

They may as well close the beltline Collinsville Illinois location. Orders are wrong 90% of the time and slow.. glad one opened up on the bluff..it’s so much better and friendlier

Missing items from order , we called we were super polite on the phone to see if we could fix the situation. Rude over the phone actually was told we could have the missing item made and pick it up , the manager an older Caucasian female was super rude. The employee asked what drink to give us she said publicly “a large so they don’t come back” while dealing with the situation at the store it was attitude from the manager and eye rolling as well. Certain people don’t belong in customer service jobs.
