This is so disheartening to have to leave a review based on POOR customer service. Had food before and it was good. Today I called ahead of time attempting to get my food upon arrival and what a DISASTER. I was asking what was on the menu and because I was not able to understand due to me speaking English I was hung up on. When you have a business you need to have PATIENCE. By not knowing English you are a disservice to yourself and the people you service.
So I went to the store to better understand why I was hung up on and how is not understanding the person on the phone means to hang up. But then to proceed to telling me to take my money elsewhere is beyond rude. NO ONE WANTS TO EAT FROM A PLACE THAT THEY ARE BEING TREATED THIS WAY.
Es muy desalentador tener que dejar una reseña negativa por un servicio al cliente tan MALO. Había comido aquí antes y la comida estaba buena. Hoy llamé con anticipación para pedir mi comida al llegar y ¡qué DESASTRE! Pregunté por el menú y, como no entendía porque hablaba inglés, me colgaron. Cuando tienes un negocio, necesitas PACIENCIA. No hablar inglés es un error, tanto para ti como para tus clientes. Así que fui al restaurante para entender mejor por qué me habían colgado y por qué no entender a la persona al teléfono justifica que te cuelguen. Pero que encima me digan que gaste mi dinero en otro sitio es una falta de respeto total. NADIE QUIERE COMER EN UN LUGAR DONDE LO TRATAN ASÍ.

Este lugar son muy groseros te cierran el teléfono y te dejan con la palabra en la boca como que el cliente no es nada, uno llama para comprar y lo que se ponen con su grosería, recuerden que sin clientes ustedes no son nada para que traten a uno como que uno es un relajo si tan bien les van cierren eso porque si no saben tener un buen servicio al cliente su negocio no sirve de nada
