Edit: we returned just for mozzarella sticks and are devastated to learn they’ve permanently closed. This was going to be our official spot when we visit and it’s so heartbreaking to see they’ve closed.
The hostess was so sweet and friendly. Our server Ashley was great. Answered all of our many questions and in addition to being so funny and witty. The mozzarella logs had an amazing texture and flavor and finally satisfied a months long craving I’ve had for reallly good mozzarella sticks. Nicely sized, meaty, briny, extremely clean oysters. Deep, rich, truly beautifully made French onion soup, I cannot recommend it enough. Steak was perfectly cooked, which for my bf means barely. It’s not often he gets a steak and it comes out exactly how he wants it the first time. Chicken and waffles were the perfect balance of sweet and savory. All of our food came out quickly. The manager was very nice and funny as well. Place plays really good music, bathroom was very clean, rustic romantic vibes inside with a cozy fireplace. This was an immediate hit with me and my boyfriend and we will absolutely be returning next time we’re up for a long weekend.

We were just there 10 minutes ago. Wings state smoked on the menu – not smoked. Staff confirmed they did not use smoker. Burger was frozen, not cooked, and had one slice of cheese out of bag which was an unmelted slice on top. Atmosphere is a mess with servers that are not confident. Drinks are overpriced. We are in the Poconos, not NYC. Blinds in the windows are falling apart. Manager tried to make us feel bad for him because he is 29.

Dawn was our server and she was very sweet and helpful. The atmosphere is cozy and roomy. The food was overall good my husband got the steak he really liked it and I got the salmon it was just a little too salty. But I got the loaded sweet potato as a side and absolutely loved that.

It was girls night out and we had a blast! Our server Dawn was attentive and very nice. She made sure everything came out hot and we didn’t have to wait for our drinks. By the way the espresso martini was excellent!! Our meals were very good. I had the ribs. Also, Dawn indicated that they may have a karaoke night!!! I sing and travel around to various places in PA as well as NJ. Let’s hope the owner decides to make this happen. We need fun in the Mt. Pocono area. They did a wonderful job renovating the old Baileys. The bar area is so much bigger and they even have a pool table!
We will make this one of our local places to eat. Finally a restaurant that serves good food and pleasant staff to take care of your needs.

Yesterday was my 3rd time at Chops. All 3 times we enjoyed the food and the service. From steaks to salads we enjoyed everything. Our food was fresh. The red velvet cannoli cake is sweet and delicious.
Dawn served me & my bf yesterday and was wonderful. She was kind, attentive & friendly making our time there very enjoyable. Nice atmosphere.

I am rating them a 3/5 manly due to the food. First of the atmosphere and our server Malque was great. He was personable and attentive, Even gave suggestions on entrees. The food however was mixed. My blackened salmon and all our sides were good. My daughter ordered scampi chicken on pasta and my son had the Alfredo. Both meals were bland and my daughter’s meal was basically pasta with tasteless chicken. The Alfredo sauce was good but very little sauce was on his meal. We had to wait for additional sauce and again the extra was only a small amount. Would hope they read these and make adjustments on the sauce and pasta ratio. My recommendation is to lose the chicken scampi all together!

My wife and I just visited here, and we were blown away by the experience. We both ordered the New York strips, medium well, and they came out perfect and tasted fantastic. Our waiter was fantastic, providing attentive and friendly service throughout our meal. For dessert, we had the apple blossom a la mode, which was absolutely amazing.
The atmosphere is top-notch, and Despite the high quality, the prices were super reasonable. The bar is beautiful and definitely a highlight of the place. We will definitely be returning!

We had a great dinner there on Wednesday night. Hannah, our server, was very friendly and attentive. The food was great and the gazebo was pleasant. This place has apparently not been open long, so it is possible that they are still working through some things. My wife and I had a really good experience.

Jesus, a culinary “wizard” prepared our steaks & lobster to perfection. Everything was delicious.
The atmosphere was cozy with style. Sarah greeted us as we entered and was warm and friendly. This lovely young lady even gave me a tour of the new bar which looks great even has a pool table.
Dawn, was our waitress. Professional yet down to Earth and easy to talk to. It was a pleasure having Dawn as our Waitress.
So thank you Dawn, Sarah and Jesus for such a fantastic dining experience.
