Me and my son have been coming here for a while now. The food and service is amazing and there’s hardly any wait time usually. Most of the time the food comes out before or right as we are finished with the chips and salsa. Not one complaint from us! Would definitely recommend

I rarely leave reviews this harsh, but Chava’s earned it. Our food came out cold—not lukewarm, not room temp, cold. When we politely brought it up, they didn’t remake the dishes or even apologize. They just tossed the plates in the microwave and sent them back. The texture was ruined, the flavors dulled, and the whole experience felt like an afterthought.
The staff didn’t seem to care at all. No concern, no effort to make it right, just blank stares and indifference. It’s one thing to have an off night, but it’s another to treat customers like they’re a nuisance.
Terrible meal, worse service. We won’t be back.

They’ve changed this place up a bit since the last time I was here. It’s now a pretty standard sit-down Mexican restaurant with the typical array of dishes. The food is very well priced and you won’t go hungry, even with their lunch portions.

As someone who grew up with very good and authentic Mexican food I was pleasantly surprised to find a place with food on par with what I grew up with my boyfriend got the Pollo Mexicano and was in love with it. I got the Chillies Poblano as it’s a favorite and comfort food of mine and it was perfect. The prices to portion are unbeatable and massive. A definite must go.
