I went to this dunk’s location. Before 9 PM I arrive in the drive through. They are open lights on and everything. There’s a bunch of young kids in the lobby drinking coffee. I think I then go up to the door to walking. The door is locked with a bunch of young kids partying in the lobby with the workers

Point them out and tell them that it’s not 9 PM yet.They then all go walking to the back room, including people that don’t work there.As far as i’m concerned that’s not something they should be doing bringing people who don’t work there behind the counter especially kids with backpacks

placed an order legit 8 minutes ago and it’s already arrived at my door, cooked to perfection. this dunks is usually fast but this is, like, UNUSUALLY fast for a busy hour. idk what kind of witchcraft the employees at this location do but keep doing it, you guys are amazing! thank you for the killer breakfast

The order was wrong after multiple corrections we missed an order and asked if we could correct it they said yes and they forced us to pick up a wrong order and the manager is super rude , definitely not recommend this store for drive through. The rudest manager I’ve ever seen.

I come here every weekend after work to grab a coffee and something to eat but every time I order food the ovens are “down” or were just “cleaned” meanwhile the young kids are just standing there on their phones, this has happened way too many times to count, this location must be losing money with these lazy workers. Definitely would not recommend this location!!

The workers here are incredibly lazy. My father showed them a picture clearly labeled “Strawberry Energy Punch,” yet they made him a completely different drink. You would think the employees at Dunkin’ Donuts would at least know their own menu or, at the very least, how to READ. On top of that, they blatantly lied to him, claiming they “don’t make food at this location,” even though I have been there multiple times and know for a fact that they do. Go somewhere else.

Be careful with this place the people they have working here are shady some of them they play games very rude. I pulled up. In the drive-through There was a guy right beside the sign, sucking down a gallon of vodka the workers walked by him not even caring that he’s literally in front of where you order, your food and coffee I gave the woman a 10 she tried to say I only gave her three dollars. I said I have a dash cam proven it and then all of a sudden she’s like oh I’m sorry it was under the napkins and then try to give me a different coffee that I did not order the woman behind her had to correct her.
