I had a wonderful visit. The staff was very attentive, dining area was well kept, food came out just the way I wanted it.
It seems as though this location relies more on the kiosk ordering system (I didn’t mind this, it made it easier for me to order) I did see them helping an elder lady with the kiosk & even saw them taking orders on the traditional check out.
My food was just as I ordered and came out fairly quickly.
10/10 would visit again!!

Nice and quiet Taco Bell experience. Never knew they had a happy hour to take advantage of! Way cool!
Highly recommend, although not alot of staff interaction. I suppose that’s how alot of businesses are going these days. Nevertheless, the food, drinks, and experience were pretty good overall!

Zero stars should be an option bc they don’t deserve any. Absolutely the worst Taco Bell there is. Ordered a “Crunch Wrap” and it had little to no meat in it at all and was soggy. Super thin and flimsy. Was told that this is how it’s suppose to look and he did not remake it or offer any solution. Going here is a waste of money. Nobody wants to eat taco shell and lettuce. Ridiculously bad service.

So after speaking to the guy taking my order. I let him know that the chalupa bread has been hard the last few times I came in, I STILL RECEIVED AN INEDIBLE CHALUPA!!!!! I love me some taco bell and my bank account shows it. It would be nice to get good food after politely expressing the concerns of my last order. Do better please and if you don’t like the job that you do then quit!!! Let someone work there who takes pride in what they serve customers!! You wouldn’t want something inedible so don’t serve it to your customers please and thank you

I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone Tigner especially if you are of color. They are rude, and unprofessional. They only greet certain guest. They make you wait 30 minutes for a remake. They still mess up in the remade order and show no care and concern. There was hair in my food and when I called about it the manager said all his employees had on hair nets. I had to tell the man hey I don’t have hair so these long hair strands didn’t come from me. I had to literally call back the next day. The manager she refused to give me her name but said they would remake my order so I went there today and they made us wait 30 mins for a remake and there didn’t even put meat on one of the tacos and they didn’t make my loaded nachos. I called and asked for a corporate number but let them tell it they don’t have that information. They refused to give me corporate or regional managers information. So I wasted money on food I couldn’t enjoy on Friday or today. I will never come to this trashy location EVER again.

I usually don’t 1 star any place but they have messed up my order twice. The workers could just be busy, overworked, or were inexperienced so I empathize with them on that but I can’t in good conscience recommend this place to any vegans/vegetarians. My recommendation: go to the Taco Bell in Lake Jackson. They haven’t messed up my order so far and are comparatively generous with their portions

We placed our order online. It said it was ready before we arrived. We have been waiting over 10 minutes, and there is not anyone at the front counter.
After I asked a staff member, another staff member clocked is and made my order in front of me and hand delivered it to me. I wish I had gotten her name to leave a positive review for her. Thank you dear.

Everyone who works here is awesome they’re all cool people and always great food even though I always order the same thing they can be slow in the drive thru sometimes but they’re all great people who work here.
