I have know the owner Michelle 3+ years she is not only amazing at what she does, but she is one of the kindest people you will meet .
The food/shakes/teas are amazing !
I’m a currently a overtired nursing student and when I need energy I run here to get a Lit Tea . It’s the only caffinated drink that helps me stay awake all day (I used to drink Alani/ Monsters/ Etc., so trussttt)
I highly suggest Generation Nutrition to anyone! Btw It’s a diabetic friendly place

The standard menu is delicious but I am always anxious to see what the seasonal and monthly special menu is going to be!! You are treated like family from the very first encounter. They know you by name and learn your favorites. I have LOVED EVERYTHING that I have tried from Generation Nutrition. You are missing out if you haven’t tried them yet!
