I came to Columbus coming from Chicago. Chicago is known for great Mexican food. My expectations were low in that regards for Columbus. I was wrong, found this place and food is GREAT. Highly recommend it !

Tacos here are simply delicious. LOVE the pastor, but the asada is great too. $2 each and come with larger, carmelized onions vs the typical small raw onions you find.
Stop here, you won’t regret it!
Update: Appears they have a new “truck” that is all yellow. Same great people and great food though! Wanted to add on a pic so people aren’t looking for the older RV “truck.”

Been going here for years but recently they almost doubled their prices. In December of 2025 Sopes used to be $4.20 and now two months later it’s $7.20. What?!!! Crazy! Never again and I certainly done encourage anyone to pay those prices now

I got 2 steak tacos with cilantro and onions. The onions were cooked, which I wasn’t a huge fan of, but it was still great! Everything was fresh and flavorful.

WARNING NOT WORTH IT: Go to mr. grill tacos one mile away. this place is expensive and it’s not as good they don’t use cheese on tacos all onion. Mr grill deserves this nice trailer he don’t have dirty dishes laying everywhere. You wouldn’t eat out the old one I wouldn’t anyway.
