This subway is situated in a typical strip mall. There were no other customers when I arrived so the service was quick and easy. The three staff members worked well together to complete my order.

I don’t know why they closed early today I kept knocking the door at 8:55pm on Oct 5th 2025, the staff were their but were ignoring me and they were busy closing and cleaning the store. If you close early you should change the sign on google and at your door.

Already packed up food at 8:30, puffed and blowed, clearly annoyed whenI walked it. I was asked several times what I wanted on my sandwich, since they were rushing through it and clearly not listening to me.
I got outside and realized that I was charged incorrectly for my purchase. Went back to the door at 8:45, and the door was locked. A female associate came to unlock the door farthest away from me, since she was mopping thr floor to say WE ARE CLOSED. I said no you aren’t, the door says nine and I was overcharged for my purchase. She sucked her teeth and told her coworker I was overcharged. First and last visit!

After some poor experiences with other Subways the location in Chester MD @ Kent Towne Shopping Center was awesome! The restaurant was clean and neat including the rest rooms. Hard to find nowadays! However, the best part was Heather and Kelly! They were very pleasant, had great personalities and made amazing subs. Perfect amount of everything. They are sub masters. If you live in the area this is the location to go to for sure. Thank you Heather and Kelly you ladies rock and are appreciated!

Sandwiches are always made in rush as if there is a fire in the building. You have to specify to put the seasoning on the meat or else they will put it on the bread and yes it does make a difference. Below average customer service. I like my sandwich prepared with care not slapped around and abused.
11/24/2023 The service here had improved for a brief period. Still wasn’t the best but KI has limited choices and locals appreciate what we have here. Until today… I arrived approximately 40 minutes till closing and before entering the establishment the workers inside made a quick dash behind the counter and cut off the lights. We all know what that is code for. So I happily drove my butt to Love Point Deli.. you aren’t the only sandwich/ cookie shop on the island. I’ll happily pay the higher price and tip elsewhere for respect and support a pillar in the community!!

I had a coupon for a foot long so I tried one of their new subs. It consisted of chicken pieces, bacon, garlic aoli, plus your choice of fixings. I didn’t care for the sandwich but I liked the garlic sauce. The workers did an excellent job of following my directions concerning the fixings and the place was clean. I couldn’t really criticize the restaurant because I didn’t like the sandwich, I had plenty of choices and just picked the wrong one for me. I usually have the black forest ham which I have always been happy with.

Updated review ’bout a year after the previous and back in a Subway routine. Different staff and the sub making has been wonderful. I’ve been getting the same healthier choice (Vegie delite) for decades, throughout my interstate travels. I’ll keep coming back to this shop when I’m in the area.

I’ve been using the mobile app for ordering. It works very well and is very efficient. The staff here has never failed to have my order all ready and waiting for me when I arrive. The sandwiches are always consistently good. I think Subway is the most dependably good fresh fast food option. I also like that the store is locally owned.
