Terrible service, bad expensive food. Waited 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me when I was the only customer in the store.
Ordered tuna on toasted hero with melted American + lettuce. Cost me $16.00 and there was probably quarter pound of tuna on the whole hero, cheese wasn’t melted. Total waste of money, never going back. Unfortunately not many other delis in town, but definitely won’t be wasting any more money here.

My boyfriend & I come to this deli often and enjoy it when the girls are there. But, for some reason whenever the white man with glasses is there- he tells us “we’re closed” as soon as we walk through the door. We tried to go tonight, we walked through the door @ 7:15 & again “we’re closed” Hes not even nice about it, he’s always got an attitude. Meanwhile, their hours are listed online & theyre clearly open. I’ve also been there and seen him be rude to the girls working. Not a kind person, definitely bad for business. They’ve lost our money numerous times, and we are usually ordering for the whole family- not just ourselves.

This is the spot in Port Washington to get your sandwiches, salads and soups! The menu options are endless and the quality is excellent! Harry always greets you with a smile and his crew is great!I highly recommend this place for catering as well, someone local put me on to them and I’ve been a frequent customer ever since!

Terrible food, cool spot and location. If they actually cooked their food fresh instead of microwaving it- it would be a top tier deli. Chicken is consistently chewy and inedible most of the time. Extremely over priced for what you get. It’s a shame

Fell in love with their Pickle Pop Chop Salad after trying it at work. I was in the area last week so decided to have it again. I was excited! I told the gentleman that I would like the Picke Pop Chop Salad but he didn’t know what it was so he looks up at the above screen(menu) and takes a photo of the menu. He then hands the order over to another young lady. She started making the salad but kept going back and forth looking at the phone, zooming into it using her fingers at times to check the ingredients then go back to touching the food. She did have gloves on but going back and forth between touching the phone and food is a no no! She would even bring the phone over to the gentleman to discuss the ingredients with him. I eventually told her that I don’t like how she is touching the phone and then the food. She rolled her eyes and took off the gloves and put on new ones but it was already too late by then.
The service was terrible and the employees seems uneducated on the menu. Weren’t even kind! Its a real disappointment.
Please be more sanitary when handling food!

Got their salad and oh my gosh, ot was so good. And they loaded it up with everything I pointed out. Definitely was not disappointed and I was out of there in a relatively quick time. Their sandwiches are tasty and always loaded up with tons of meat.
**Update** I knew I shouldn’t go to the one on Shore Road, the service is awful, and so disorganized! My husband warned me, but I wanted to give them a THIRD chance, but never again will i step foot in that location again, and I’ll make sure when we order for our office lunches, we DON’T order from the Shore Road location ONLY from the Main Street one!!

I wanted to get chicken fingers and french fries. They took almost 19-20 minutes for that . I don’t know the girl name she gave me the worst experience i have ever had i will never go back over there. If i wanted to ask that my order is ready or no she said almost and than it took another 10 minutes for no reason
