Ordered online for pickup. Pictures on their website looked amazing, and we are new to the area and we’re excited for some good pizza! We waited the 25 min before arriving to pickup our order. The place was empty when we arrived, no patrons in sight, but our order wasn’t done yet. No big deal…u til we sat and waited for over 30 minutes. I’m guessing they didn’t start making our order until we walked in to pick it up. The real kicker was the low quality pizza. It was like cardboard. Not at all like the pictures. A frozen pizza would have been better! 2 pizzas for $45 and this is what we ended up with. Will be checking this place off our list! Never again.

Update. The manager reached out and apologized, as well as offered a refund. I said thank you ill take a gift card, and the manager has ghosted me!

Loved cadin (the guy who answered the phone), however, once we got our pizza’s, they were all rolled together and messed up from the ride. 120$ for 5 pizza’s, we were pretty unimpressed.

Run! If I could give less stars for service, I would. We had a larger group walk in, but the rest of the restaurant was completely empty and this was during the supper hour, when there should have been more customers. Rather than tell us that they were short of staff, and our wait could be longer, they did not. It would have been nice to have the option to choose to stay or to leave. As it was, it took us an hour to get our drinks and another hour to get our food. The food was not worth a two hour wait. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Ever.

Walking in the place is gorgeous.
The several times I’ve been there the bartenders/ servers are craving silverware to fold with their bare hands and helping customers without washing hands. On more than one occasion the bar tenders husband or boyfriend was there drinking beer at the table hanging out with her.
They don’t know much about the menu. It is very over priced and the recent Sunday brunches they are doing are not listed days in advance and way overpriced for what is provided. 2 big thumbs down.

Food was really good but the service was terribly slow. Took an hour before our order was taken with barley anyone there and one of the waitresses was on her phone a lot of the time

We were the only party here, two waitresses, and it took almost two hours to get water much less our food. I’m not one to complain but our service was completely unacceptable. Uncooked pasta, unwrapped straws on the tables, and we had to ask multiple times for silverware. I’ve never had service this poor in my entire life.

Only 1 table with people eating.Hostess was on the phone with a personal phone call and after 5 minutes I asked if I could seat myself .She told whoever she talking to I have get off the phone and seat somebody. She took me to booth that was all wet and the menu stuck to table.I asked if she get towel to dry it off .She instead seated me at booth that just as wet.I again asked for towel.She was gone for 5 minutes. I had allready dried the table with a napkin. She then asked for my drink order.After sitting for another15 minutes she was talking to a person at the bar .After 25 minutes .No iced tea and no wait staff ! I walked and will never go back!!!!

Pizza was not good! Topping were not distributed well at all! Other pizza had too much sauce and way too salty to even eat! Way too expensive for the pizza we got! Sent a message and it was read but not responded to. Definitely won’t try it again!

Stopped on my way to Sturgis rally. Very friendly and informative staff. Open late (til midnight). attached to the Best Western. Staff was personable and professional. Cant wait to come here again. Hot food outrage good.
