You will not be disappointed when visiting this business.
Came here today because I was near the Charlotte-Douglas Airport. Came for the Dipped Key Lime Pie on a stick, one of my favorite desserts. The only other place I have found and enjoyed this item was in Key West, FL.
This might have been better. I LOVED IT!!!!
When I arrived, I was greeted by a very pleasant and polite lady who was pealing fresh bananas. She asked me if I had been before. After explaining I had not and what I came for she explained how to make the pie even better. I settled on Salted Caramel drizzle and she was not wrong.
I am looking forward to bringing my family here the next time we are close.

Banana Bar is such a fun spot! The frozen dipped banana was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely a great place to stop by—I’ll be coming back!

My wife and I wandered in from our Airbnb around the corner. We only ordered a chocolate covered banana with peanuts, but the server, Em, was wonderful to talk to. We told her we from out of town and we were given a great multitude of local suggestions from restaurants to thrift stores! Super friendly service. The banana was good as well, and the space was very clean and orderly. Highly recommend!

Overall, the dipped banana and ice cream were good, but nothing that would have me running back for more regularly. The banana was a good ripeness prior to freezing and not hard as a rock frozen, the chocolate was where I felt it missed the mark. I’m assuming a lower quality chocolate was used, but it just didn’t have any chocolate flavor as you let it melt in your mouth. The toasted coconut topping was the best part. My son liked the ice cream, although in my opinion a little skimpy on the portion for $5 + 1.50 for a topping. I will say the service was great, fast and friendly with a smile, and I would happily come back again, I’m curious how the cheesecakes are.

Em was amazing! We ditched Bumble Bee after some rough customer service and wandered in here, instant upgrade. Em welcomed us like family, guided us through the dessert choices, and somehow convinced me to love bananas (no small feat). The pretzel caramel banana was chef’s kiss. Prices are reasonable, vibes are great, and we’ll 100% be back. ✨

Great place to come in with the family! Came all the way from Puerto Rico and found The Banana Bar and what a blessing! We were at the park in a hot day and got at the banana bar a frozen banana (chocolate dipped with sprinkles) was really good and the banana cream soda! ITS A MUST TRY!!! Its definitely delicious and refreshing!
By the time we got back to the car i 100% had to go back in and get another banana cream soda and left with one cold for the car ride and the 4 pack! ❤️
Definitely will come back one day!
