Late at night after my shift my bowl was prepared by the sweetest lady. She was a bit older and heavyset and she was extremely talkative. instantly lifted my mood and made the food taste 10x better! bless her a million time over!

The food received was sloppy. There was sour cream on the outside/inside of the bag and all over the food container. Sour cream was gushing out of the lid into the bag. Couldn’t even eat. I threw it in the trashcan. Unacceptable presentation along with the contents. Whoever made the bowl had to see this as they made the food with dirty gloves that were covered with food. I went through the drive thru and associate handed me the bag with gloves that she appeared to be making other food with a huge glob of sour cream on her gloves. Even the fork they provided had sour cream on it(forgot to take a photo of the back side covered).
This location is a hit or miss depending on who works the pick up window for online orders. I’ve had issues from here before and I let it slide. Just nasty to say the least and disappointing. Do better!

This place is hit or miss. First off, the serving counter never seems to be wiped clean. Actually, it has been pretty bad most times. They don’t seem to clean up the counter when things are wasted. Also they do not do a good of keeping the toppings separated. There always seems to be something dropped in the sour cream. As far as sanitation goes, I witnessed one employee using his hands and a serving spoon to put food on to a bowl.
Let’s move on to service. For the most part , the employees are pretty nice. However , when I entered the store this evening , there weren’t any other customers there. I waited about 5 minutes and no one acknowledged that I was there. Very disappointing.
Finally , I should mention there is no health food score posted in the customers line of sight. I’m not.
Sure if this is an oversight but I did look around for this prior to leaving. And, Yes I did decide to leave because I was tired of waiting.

This is the worse chipotle me & my husband has ever been to. You might as well go to the Columbus chipotle’s which that is where we will go here on out. This chipotle is always out of something & the customer service is awful every time you come in. When you ask for extra, you have to ask for extra TWICE or they won’t give you extra.
My husband comes in at 6pm, We always get our burrito with chips & pico to go. When my husband asks for pico for salsa, they said they were out of pico for the day. My husband told them never mind on the food & apologized for wasting their time, we wanted all of our food.
The employees asked the male manager could they grab some pico from the drive through side or he will leave. He told them pretty much only so that the burritos don’t get thrown out because my husband was going to leave. They then didn’t fill up the pico cups. The manager looked at my husband & told him next time he comes in he can’t do that because then they’ll have to do it for everyone. My husband didnt ask for them to do anything, so for the manager to come off like that is weird behavior.

I wish I could give this particular chipotle 0 stars. I’m convinced this particular Chipotle location is running a covert operation to starve its customers. Calling this a “meal” is a stretch; it was a tasting menu of disappointment. I received what could only be described as a half-portion, an insultingly small scoop of everything, as if the spoon itself was on a strict diet. I’ve seen more generous servings in a dollhouse.
The food itself? It tastes like a cry for help. The rice was dry, the meat was lukewarm and sparse, and the entire bowl lacked the vibrant, fresh flavor I know other Chipotles can deliver. This isn’t just a bad batch; this is a systemic failure of seasoning and quality control. It tastes less like a burrito bowl and more like something scraped from the bottom of a lukewarm conscience.
But the final, most baffling ingredient in this miserable recipe is the staff. Every single employee looked like they had just received the worst news of their lives. I’m not asking for song and dance, but a basic level of human engagement would be nice. The atmosphere is so profoundly bleak, it feels less like a restaurant and more like a mandatory group therapy session where no one is allowed to speak. They move with the energy of a sloth trudging through quicksand, silently judging you for wanting a full scoop of rice.

Food was ok, not hot, not fresh. Store is filthy, no clean tables to sit at. Beverage counter area filthy,, trash cans full. Kitchen area is filthy. All the counters were littered with food. Dirty cutting boards all over with pieces food…health hazard 101!!!
Staff were so unhappy, seemed to not want to work. One staff spent time on her phone, instead of paying attention to cleaning up. Customers standing at counter, no one even greets them, or tells them they will be with them shortly.

We arrived around 9pm for dinner but instead of being met with welcoming employees, the staff was focused on their closing duties. We weren’t served in a timely manner due to staff breaking down machines, taking out trash, cleaning the grill. The food was as expected but I felt like we were ignored and inconveniencing staff by coming in.

I went here the other day and I was highly impressed. The vinaigrette was stocked. The bowl was full. Everything was fresh clean and brand new. I’m so thankful I do not have to drive to Columbus to get my fix and everybody was really nice at this location.
