Stood in line for 20 minutes then ordered a box of Joe, the young girl told me in the future don’t just walk in and order a box of Joe when we’re busy, you need to call it in ahead of time. I told her just to make me a box of Joe and I promised I’d never come to this dunks again. She said that I disrespected her and she wouldn’t make me a box of Joe
lol, one of the other employees made me the coffee. Never again will I enter that Dunks. Also think I saw at least 10 people walk in waiting for 15 + minutes and then leave without being served. What a joke

Of the Dunkins I go to I’m the Upper Cape(a lot). This one send one of the more reliable for quality and taste of coffee, iced coffee and the orders being ready and accurate. I’ve only done drive through.

They put hazelnut in a caramel swirl with cream and the dunkalatte tasted watered down and bitter. Really disappointing compared to the other Dunkins on cape.

I wish this Dunkin’s would be better since the renovation and new management BUT it’s not it’s horrible. Horrible service. Donuts placed down so all frosting sticks to bag. I ordered 2 iced coffees online. Not made right and order was not even ready 10 minutes later. To be told very rudely. “Too bad it’s busy”. 4 construction workers and 1 person is not busy for 7:30 am at Dunkin’s. This place can do better. I will travel across town instead of 2 minutes from my home so I don’t have to spend my money or time at this Dunkin’s. Save yourself the time and aggravation and DONT go here.

I would like to give more stars because the two girls working here were actually really really nice but the food was downright disgusting. I got hash browns, bagel bites, and a breakfast sandwich; all which were extremely stale and cold. I ordered a coffee that was made with sweet and low after I just asked for it “sweetened.” That was gross. I also ordered a coke that I never received but I had already waited so long that I wasn’t about to turn back after leaving. Again, nice staff but my order was wrong, incomplete and the food was old/stale. It sucks to pay for an order like this.

Extremely long wait, didn’t get my medium iced 5 pumps caramel swirl cream no sugar coffee right. Instead got 1 caramel swirl reg sugar and cream and they forgot my munchkins. I ordered face to face because they couldn’t hear me at the speaker but it didn’t matter still didn’t get the order right.

One of the worst Dunkin Donuts on Cape Cod. Quality of the coffee and food is always awful. And I can tell for sure that the cup that I got today was a rebrew. And other words they never changed the coffee grounds out they just ran water through it again. Maybe pay people living wage and they’ll care about their job
