I informed them that my wife has seafood allergies, they said they would clean the grill, but also noticed that they were using the utensils mixing withe the shrimp. I asked to see the manager, the girl refused and then only gave me cash back for the meal. I would never eat from this location ever. They are not Food Safe, they are not clean and sure don’t care about the customer. Seafood Allergies are very serious issues. I pray that a manager will respond.

Ordered shrimp teriyaki with fried rice and vegetables. Received good amount of shrimp with white rice and a tablespoon of wilted cabbage and a portion of a broccoli stalk; and the shrimp tasted rancid. No one seemed to care my order wasn’t right, because I had food in my hands.

Small portions, overpriced, and enormous lines. This place quite often will deceive you by giving you a sample coated in their flavored goodness unfortunately the amount that you actually get is small and then the price to double it or triple it, and make it what you think would be a good portion would make it just ridiculous. Scrambling to push a lot of people through the line and it ends up being just a bad experience. I highly recommend you don’t get to see by the sample and just move on.

This was an extremely uncomfortable and disappointing experience. My husband and I came here with our four children and paid for food for seven people. When we asked for plates for our kids, we were told we would be charged for plastic plates. They could clearly see we had children with us.I have never experienced something so unwelcoming and degrading at a restaurant. This completely ruined what should have been a simple family meal, and we will not be returning.

$30+ for two people to eat. We each got the 2 entree combo. 2.50-3.99 for a bottle of water. Chopstick option is nice, but you have to ask. Was not impressed with the food. If you’re hungry you’ll eat it. Otherwise after digging in, makes you lose appetite. I know it’s mall food. There’s other options in the ‘dining pavilion.’ Check those out before deciding here.

I get the kid’s meal wherever I go because of a stomach issue, and don’t want to waste food. I ordered the kid’s dish with noodles however, the dish doesn’t include chicken or any other protein, nor do they not tell you this. The price 12.99 + 3.69 for a medium drink because the claimed they didn’t have kid’s or small cups. A whopping $17.77 after taxes. Yeah, never going there again.

Ok so i moved away from Tampa a decade ago. I was visiting Orlando and saw this which reminded me of the one we used to eat in Tampa. This is not up north so was looking forward to it. I would agree with some other comments that the start of the line was confusing as well as the line itself can actually be too. It was a very busy Saturday and the mall was packed to the rim! I decided to get some to bring back your e dinner. I ordered four meals -2 chicken, 1 beef and 1 beef& shrimp… Total $56.94. so yes higher amount which that and the confusion gets the lower rating. The taste was very good as long as you have it right away where it is fresh off the grill from the teriyaki added. Rewarmed the next day and the taste was gone…. I would recommend adding teriyaki before rewarming.

I had the fried rice with chicken and shrimp. It was savory and I enjoyed it. The serving was plentiful and quite delicious. There was enough for two of us but it was so good that I only shared some of it. The line was long but still went thru it fast. I didn’t take a photo since I was very hungry, leaving it for next time around!
