Horrible customer service. A wonderful neighborhood spot going downhill. A well-done pizza ordered and dough was raw. No big deal, called to get a replacement. Employee immediately dismissed this and stated their practices are well within health code. I agreed as their pizzas are normally wonderful. I’d asked if we could simply pick up a replacement which was rudely declined. I suggested I’d bring the pizza in for his review which again was greeted with disdain. Ethan was not only rude but extremely unhelpful. It’s a pizza? We just want to eat cooked dough… which Ethan blamed on the extra sauce we chose to add to the pizza. Why have that as an option if you cannot execute the product? We left the pizza with Ethan as it was inedible and he was unwilling to correct a very simple situation. I love the fast cooking service, but please cook the pizza through to avoid uncomfortable difficult employee interactions. Customer service sessions are needed.

Edit: we have given this store another chance, again and they seem to have redeemed themselves. Much better food and service than previous mentioned. Keep the forward progress going!
I will let the photos speak for themselves. We order from this same Domino’s often and there is almost ALWAYS something wrong. We just roll with it, because it’s normally just the wrong drink, topping ect. This time was too far. We got the wrong drink again which was whatever, but it looks like the pizza rolled around the car and flipped over before we got it.

We stopped in to order a pizza, our first one here at the new location. Service was nice, the crew working was friendly, our pizza was made while we waited. After a short wait our pie was ready and we took it home and enjoyed it.

The food used to be made correctly now it’s how ever they want it made the last few times I ordered my pizza hasn’t been right and unfortunately it’s only mine when I order because I do order alot when I place one it’s not hard to put light sauce on a pizza and not overload it and today was the breaking point I only ordered one pizza with lava cakes so not hard to mess up when it’s only one instead of the 5 or 6 I normally get

Ordered two pizzas I did get the pizzas but wrong toppings. Called the Ball Ground Ga store to explain what I ordered and what I received they told me I was wrong and there was nothing they would do for me and hung up. This store needs training on how to talk to customers being rude and hanging up on me is not customer service.I can be wrong but being rude to me does not keep customers, I am 66 years old I don’t need domino’s Pizza they need our Business. I will not be ordering from Domino’s Pizza again, and I hope anyone reading this, also stop eating Domino’s Pizza.

they do not have a dinger for their drive-through window so they don’t know when somebody is sitting there. You could be sitting there for one minute or you could be sitting there for 12 to 15 like I did.

The pizzas always taste great. Super fast service. Only 2 issues. First, ordering on the app is maddening. It always glitches when you try to add more items. Every time. Second, the size of the pasta is laughable. It used to be respectable, but now, for 6.99, you literally get about 2 spoonfuls, and it’s gone. I noticed the aluminum container itself is smaller than I remember, but then I opened it, and there was a paltry amount inside.
