While visiting Willowbrook I stopped by and I really really loved the BBQ bacon burger. Jay took my order and this guy has got his job down perfectly. While engaging in conversations with other customers He’s cooking he’s building the burgers He’s getting all the fixings that it takes and he’s putting orders together for everybody and not missing one beat. I asked him is he just that good at his job or he doesn’t have anybody to help him or does he not want anybody to help him. And he actually just kind of gave me a neutral answer and honestly I don’t remember what he said but he said it was a smile and I could see that he really and truly enjoys his job. Make sure to keep Jay around because he is a really truly good person to have working for you.

I was walking thru the mall, and was stopped by the friendly staff with samples. I came back to order. Got the signature double patty with beef bacon and cheese burger. The sauce thats made fresh in house was alone worth the buy! Seasoned fries was amazing also. It really was the friendly, caring staff that made it! I will definitely be back! A few weeks ago we saw their sign near Macy’s Men “Incredible Burgers, Now Open”, but had limited time so we didn’t stop by the food court. Fast forward to our first visit. The hubs and I were walking around the food court heading straight for Incredible Burgers. Temptation calling out to us to try their samples but I was determined to not go to my usual spot and make it to their counter. As we’re approaching, the young man at the register is already calling out, “Come, come, try a sample” To my surprise Incredible Burgers was serving bite size burger samples!!! This was a very smart move on their part! Kudos Incredible Burgers! We took a piece and damn, the flavors HIT every taste bud that needed to be reached. We took another sample for good measure and yup, we were convinced. We both ordered “The Signature Incredible”, hold the lettuce on mine and no veggies on his. We ordered combos, fries, cheese fries, and drinks. We didn’t wait long for our food and once we got it, we wasted no time getting to work. This burger is seasoned perfectly and juicy. The bread was nicely toasted. The caramelized onions were rich, sweet and almost buttery. The incredible sauce tasted like an upgraded version of the animal sauce. The grilled jalapenos added a little touch of heat. I mean I couldn’t put the burger down! The fries are well seasoned, maybe a little too much for me, but that didn’t stop me from devouring them. The hubs added bacon to his and I could hear him say “oh my goodness” after his first bite, second bite and third bite. His cheese fries played their role. Definitely cheesy. I think you could get away with sharing an order of fries as the portion is generous unless you’re a fry monster, then definitely get your own. Happy tummy, happy customer. From the incredible customer service to the food, Incredible Burgers is doing something right. Check them out next time you’re in the food court. You won’t be disappointed.

Customer service not at all great. This place did not feel welcoming. The young lady on the other side of the counter arguing with the guy passing out samples to help me submit my order (first time here and was not even told by courtesy that i had to submit my order on their tablet) anyways very poor service from these two. Keep in mind their attitude was poor as well. The man giving out samples needs to have better attire he was wearing baggy pants halfway on his behind where you can see his boxers very rude ( I realized this after i ordered). The burger and fries was really great though.

The Signature Incredible is absolutely delicious! Their secret sauce knocks it out of the park! The fries are perfectly seasoned, fresh and hot! Definitely will be making a trip out here again JUST FOR THE BURGER which is made with 100% Halal beef!

Came to mall for a haircut and realized I missed lunch and was starving. Saw this was a new place and decided to try it. Got the signature burger combo and upgraded my fries to cheese fries. The burger was very flavorful. I usually don’t like signature sauces at places, but this one was very good. Something, either the sauce or the spices, had a little kick to it so if you’re sensitive to spicy things, you might want to ask them to leave it off. The meat is halal and very good quality. The bun was nice and fresh and soft. This is the quality burger you’d get in a decent sit down place. Didn’t expect it from a mall burger. The fries were cooked perfectly. The cheese sauce is pre-made so be aware if that’s not your thing. The guy didn’t skimp on it though and even showed me my fries before bagging them and asked if I wanted more. I didn’t, what he put in there was plenty. My only complaint is they have Pepsi products, but they do have root beer and Dr. Pepper so I was okay. Overall a great lunch. Some might say it’s a little pricey, $20 for a burger, fries, and drink with tax and tip, but I’d pay that at most restaurants and the quality is definitely there.

Me and my family really enjoyed the burgers. The burgers were piping hot, fresh, and delicious. The employees were super nice and helpful! The only downside of a burger place in the foodcourt are that a lot of the time, all of the seats are taken. But if you want to takeout or come here during the week, I would really recommend! One of the best burgers I ever had!

Tried the barbeque bourbon burger with added jalapenos. I don’t typically buy Burgers over 9.99 but this one did the job done and made my money’s worth. If you’re looking for top notch burgers this is it. The buns they use is exactly what American burger buns should look and taste.
