I am extremely upset with my visit to Taco Bell today, as I was trying to order there was someone else talking on the headphones as well joking and playing around so they did not hear correctly what I was trying to order and got my order wrong when I then went back in they tried to deny me and tell me that that’s not what I ordered. I am extremely upset and disappointed with how I was treated and the service. taco Bell please do better. I feel as though training and employment needs to be taken more seriously!

I’m so frustrated, every time I come here it’s like a car accident. Asked for a chicken quesadilla extra creamy jalapeño, got NONE on it, despite having pad for it. Asked for the franks topped fries with no sour cream, which the cashier assured me they didn’t have any on it in the first place… open my fries well I’ll be damned they put FOUR CLICKS of sour cream on them! Thank god I’m not allergic because that’s straight up crazy. Didn’t even bother calling (this time) because pretty much every time I do they just go “oh gee! How weird!” … my love for Taco bell will take me 20+ minutes into town to the 2nd street location because they actually care!

Service is hit and miss at this location. I’ve made it out of there a few times with all my items. Most times, I’m missing chips or a cup of sauce. I’ve ordered meals that are centered around a specific item, and that item is missing. Driving around and parking is normal at this location. Taco Bell is no stranger to inflation pricing.. it’s gotten much more expensive to eat here for a family of 4. Could be worse.

I keep trying to give this store a chance to make my order right. Three times now I have gone when they are not busy . I use the kiosk I place my lunch order. The last three times they have messed up my lunch order. I call and all I get is I’m sorry. Yes you are. Learn to read your order board and do a better job. Lunch people at this store sucks.

This location always has the order wrong and the customer service is terrible. It has happened too many times, I finally have to leave a review. My order had two cantina chicken tacos. We only received one. Not only that, but the cantina items I paid for come with sauce. They were out of the sauce. I asked to substitute it. They refused to do so without up charging, even though I paid for two items that come with sauce. We could have eaten at Little Knights or Senor Lopez for the same cost, and actually had a sit down meal and got all of items with plenty of sauce. Support local places, I’m done supporting these chains added on Waterloo that do not care about the customers paying for their business. I also can’t even tell you the number of times I have paid for additional sauce, only for it to not be in the bag. Make it make sense.

Nobody is 100% a perfect human! And the customer is not always right even if they have a ton of $$$…learned that from an old boss. I made a mistake today and this store on Waterloo made my mistake 100% perfect! Even before today I have great experiences with the food and peeps at this location!

The worst service. I wouldn’t even gave them one star. We stood in front of the place where you ordered for over 5 mins.,I spoke up and said excuse me we need help. Not 1 person even responded but kept on talking. I guess they are becoming a fast food restaurant that only serves the people who use a card and orders their own food. Ugh

3/3 tacos broken. Definitely paid over $2 for some broken tacos. And they forgot the beef on my burrito, didn’t realize it until it was pretty much gone. Not a bad place maybe just need some help preparing food.
