I definitely love Chick-fil-A! What an amazing, welcoming, and hard-working team. Please don’t be the person to complain this place just opened a few days ago, and of course everyone wants to try it!
This is actually my second visit today the first time was the drive-thru, and even though the line was long, it moved very fast. This time I dined in, and I was even happier with the experience.
I highly recommend this place the chicken is so good! I never eat chicken from fast food restaurants, except Chick-fil-A.
Thank you for all the hard work I saw today. Being in the service industry myself, I can definitely tell how much effort goes into what you do. Great work, great food I’ll definitely be back as a regular customer! ❤️
What really stood out to me was the owner, who was personally checking in with guests to make sure everyone had what they needed. That level of care and involvement really sets this location apart.
Everything ran smoothly and efficiently, even though it was busy. I ordered the Cobb Salad, and it was honestly the freshest one I’ve had at any Chick-fil-A. The greens were crisp, and everything tasted really fresh.
Overall, great experience! This location is off to an awesome start!
Proceeding through the drive thru to get my order the associates are snickering handing me my order, some laughing. I ignore it take my order and go on my way. Park the car to eat and open my bag of food where the associates took the liberty inside the building to hand write “mooooooooooo!!!” Over my food bags. ALL ASSOCIATES WHO ASSISTED ME WERE FEMALE.
I then proceed to contact the establishment via phone call, as I am still actively pumping in my car and in tears. I am just trying to feed my kids and get through my work day. I explain the situation to the guy on the phone for the first time he says he’ll send me an email from the cares team to follow up about my experience. I wait 20 minutes no email shows. I call again explain to a different person and the same thing. I then send in a formal complaint through their website (same day, 3 points of contact) no one follows up with me. Call the following Tuesday when I should have heard from them again. AND NOTHING. submit another email, AND NOTHING. No follow through. Ive personally gone into the establishment, I have pictures. I have my receipt, and other documentation.
No one should ever be treated this way. And NO ONE deserves not to be heard themselves. Especially regarding customer service.
Chick-fil-A has shown me through my experience they are not a family oriented business and DO NOT CARE about their customers. If you value your family and peace of mind and are in a situation where you have to follow suite as a working mother. DO NOT GO TO CHICK-FIL-A.
They do not care about you as a customer or consumer.
They do not care about family values.
They want to shame you.
I came to try their lunch menu a few days later. It was also very tasty, I dig their chicken! Also the line was long, but the way they have things organized you fly right through. Two people were walking up the line taking orders, another person was further down the line taking payments. I was very impressed with how the whole operation ran. Great experience! Thanks Chick-fil-A !
I have visited twice, and have zero intentions of returning. My first visit was okay, but the expected Chick-Fil-A hospitality just wasn’t there at all. I felt as if I was a burden while having my order taken, and when the runner came to give me my food, they used the wrong name although there were stickers on the bag with the correct name. What is the point of forcing people to give a name for the order if that name won’t even be used?
My second visit was my last straw. I ordered ahead, and went through the “mobile-thru” line in hopes that I would be in and out faster. That was not the case, it’s as if the “mobile-thru” line was being wholly ignored. I spent over thirty minutes in line for three shakes and two fries, an outrageous amount of time considering how quick those items can be made. For every three cars that were being moved in the regular line, only one would move in the “mobile-thru”. What is the point of giving this illusion of faster service if there are no intentions to uphold that standard? I requested no whipped cream and no cherry on my milkshakes, which was reflected on the receipt. But when I was given my shakes there was whipped cream and cherry. I understand this might not seem like a big deal, and mistakes happen, but when it says “no whipped cream, no cherry” on the sticker on the drink carrier and there is still whipped cream on my drink, it feels negligent and lazy. The fries were even worse, either they were severely overcooked or incredibly old, nearly all of them were soggy and gross. My shakes were remade, which I appreciate, but in all my experiences going to Chick-Fil-A any time an issue came up, I would be given a card for a free 8-piece nugget or chicken sandwich to make up for the mistake. The card was not even mentioned.
My final takeaway is this: this Chick-Fil-A is a joke with no intentions of upholding their hospitality standards. We don’t need another bottom of the barrel fast food joint in town.
