Fast friendly service! Great food, love the app and very easy to order online. I earned a free meal on my last order with my points. They add up really quickly. I love that you can get coupons and deals on the app that you can’t get in the store. The quality, quantity, and price of food is great. I love trying new things and their pies are very delicious. I love that it has more of a mom and pop restaurant feel than a fast food one. Hands down one of my favorite places to eat!

This afternoon, I had a young lady kind of short with black hair and bangs. She was really sweet and really nice to me. She was in a rush getting all the orders done and had a smile on her face the whole time! I see her Everytime I come up here usually in the dining room. Today though I noticed her getting yelled at for handing a sandwich to some other young lady that was on the phone order screen, before 3 other orders that were stacked. I think the lady yelling was a manager because her shirt color was different. She quit on the spot and I gave her a 100$ tip Becuase I felt so bad. she was a really nice young lady. I’ve had a few nieces work up there also and Everytime I notice the back seems very toxic, they also quit. I will not be eating here anymore it’s too drama filled, the costumer service use to be great! The food has also went down the gutters. Most of the time what I order is incorrect, and for how long I wait you think it would be right. Thank you for your time.

The atmosphere was great. Very polite people. On the other hand. The food wasn’t nothing to brag about. I bought the rib combo. It looked like I got maybe 8 French fries. And the bread for the ribs were hard as a rock. The sweet tea was great. That was the only think that was good.

I came into the restaurant and was greeted by employees, I felt welcomed and it was inviting atmosphere.
I got up to the counter and the cashier guy tall guy I believe they called him Rodney I think that is correct.
I want everyone to know Rodney goes above all to make you feel welcomed and his overall attitude is spot on.
He suggested items to me and helped me with my decision.
Rodney wears his smile like he should and makes it feels inviting and overall he treats people with integrity.
Rodney has great customer service and attitude.
I will most definitely be back to this Restaurant.

Jack’s has great burgers, the best fried chicken, old fashion french fries and they are always hot. Any issues that i might have ever had were resolved in a friendly apologetic way by the manager. I eat at Jack’s at lease 3 times a week. I love their rewards program. The best way to earn free food too. And don’t forget to do the survey. ( more free food! ) Oh and the best old fashion ice creams!

The fried chicken and biscuits is um um good. The service and atmosphere is the breath of fresh air that we needed here in Sandersville. The kitchen area was so dirty, trash just about everywhere. Wasn’t given the right pie I wanted forced to accept one I really didn’t want, wasn’t given a choice on a refund. Which was blueberry and was kind of gross. Rib sandwich bun had seeds on it that I couldn’t eat, had to take it off, wasn’t all that good. Had an order of fries that was so small wasn’t worth the price I paid.
