Unless you are traveling in southeast China, you will never find as good and authentic Chinese food as you will here. The consistency of the quality of ingredients such as the crisp, fresh vegetables in each dish is truly impressive.
The value for the size and quality of each dish is remarkable. That means we have a couple more amazing dinners from the leftovers We order the Kung Pao with tofu and peanuts along with their vegetable chow mein. We also love their crab Rangoon as well as the scallion pancakes appetizers.
These new owners took over a few years ago from the previous place and have turned this this into an exquisite place to eat.

China Kitchen in Eugene is fantastic. We ordered General Tso’s, mandarin chicken, pork fried rice, crab rangoons, and pot stickers. Everything came out fresh, hot, and crispy.
The crab rangoons were especially good, and both chicken dishes had great flavor and texture. The fried rice and pot stickers were exactly what you want from classic Chinese takeout. The service was friendly and attentive. The portion sizes for the price were great, you definitely get your money’s worth.

YES YES YES! This is the best Chinese restaurant in Eugene! Hands down! I used to live in the San Francisco Bay area and I was schooled in what real good Chinese food is like by Chinese friends. I KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT!You must come here!!! The fresh real Chow Fun noodles are amazing! The vegetarian general Tso’s tofu is incredible! We are sitting here right now having this amazing meal and the rest of the restaurant is empty. Eugene, fix this! get your butts in here now! You are missing the best dang Chinese food in town! Trust me there is such mediocre Chinese food in this town and most of you don’t even know it. Come here and you’ll find out that it is the case. The food here is excellent and they are very friendly. So tasty! Good wok hau if you know what that is! Huge portions at reasonable prices! You owe it to yourself to come here. Am I making my point yet? Oh and the prices are good! And lots of vegetarian options if you need.
Edit three months later: we are having Kung pow tofu from Jade dumpling, which apparently has a well-deserved reputation for their dumplings, unfortunately I’m gluten-free so I have not been able to try them. But I can tell you that I know what layers of flavoring should be (and it’s not in this King Pao). It’s called Wok Hay. You really really need to come to China kitchen. If enough people are understood Chinese Food and Eugene there would be a line out the door for this fabulous place.

Been here in Eugene for about a year and have tried probably 20 different Chinese places and I have been severely disappointed with all…..until I found this place!!!!
China Kitchen tastes just like my local place back home in California and I’m hooked now!! I had the Garlic Chicken, Pork Fried Rice, and Beef Chow Fun which I had the noodles changed out to what they call “thin noodle” and it was OUTSTANDING.
The Garlic Chicken was stir fried with a spicy red chili sauce and lots of garlic . It was juicy, savory and the more I smelled it the more I kept wanting to eat it. It was literally addicting. The Beef Chow fun “thin noodle” was exactly the same all the flavors melding together reminded me of home and it was intoxicating to say the least.
The pork fried rice was almost spot on like home as well as the only thing it was missing was bigger chunks of smoky bacon but again the flavors were there and I couldn’t stop eating it. If you love Chinese food this place will have you hooked in no time!!
The staff are very accommodating and friendly. the restaurant is very quaint and inviting. You can bring big parties and not have to worry about not having any room.
The amount of food you receive is quite bountiful and what I ordered will probably feed 2 to 3 people maybe 4 depending on your eating habits. China Kitchen is now my number 1 for when I want Chinese in Eugene.

So glad we found this place. We are newer to the area (2 years) and had been missing great Chinese food. Not anymore! We found our spot! Got a table right away, and service was pleasant, restaurant was clean and had a friendly atmosphere and not to mention delicious food!!! And plenty of it, I had a ton of leftovers to eat the next day. Also we paid quite a bit less than we typically do when we go out to dinner so that was just an extra bonus! Thank you China Kitchen! We will be back! ♥️

We went two days ago and it was fantastic. Everything was fresh and very good. My wife always has a to go box at the end of the meal, not this time -she ate it all, no leftovers. This speaks volumes of how good the food was. This was our first time but we will definitely be back soon.

China kitchen is located in a small strip mall. The inside is on the small side. Plenty of parking. I had the orange chicken. On the day I went in I was the only one there. Food is good and a very friendly lady help me out with my order. I would say I would go back.

100000000000000 stars! Best Chinese food in Eugene. This is absolutely delicious. I used to always eat at Jade Dumpling but we found this place and try to come here once a week! We order the general tso tofu , meatless wontons, and shrimp chow fun, it’s soooo yummy! We always have seconds for the next day , lots lots lots of food. The people who work here are very kind and friendly. The waitress goes above and beyond to meet our needs! My partner and kiddo and I are here eating right now! I’d love for the rest of Eugene to know how good this place is!

One of the best Chinese restaurants in town! The food is always super fresh and the staff is very friendly. Even when it’s busy you never have to wait too long for your food. The two dishes I always go back to are the kung pao chicken and the general tso’s chicken. The crab rangoons are also one of the best sides. Very cozy restaurant, would recommend whether you do take out or dine in.

Easily 5 stars ALAWAY HOT ALWAYS HUGE PORTIONS ALWAYS TASTES AMAZING ALWAYS AMAZING SERVICE REASONABLY PRICED I’ve been going here for years since they were china wok in creswell I followed them and found them in Eugene where they moved to and changed name to china kitchen the new location in Eugene is amazing so much better I now live in Eugene so even better!! The food never fails always amazing I’ve never had a bad meal from them always soooo hot and the doughnut things you get for after dinner amazing!! Huge portions !! Everyone who works here is amazing I can’t say enough good things!!! I’m so happy yall moved to Eugene and are having such success
