I ordered 3 medium pizzas today and they all looked like small pizzas. Barely any sauce. More crust than anything. I received a text saying my order was ready but it was not ready when i went to pick up my order. They had to remake one of the pizzas. All of the pizzas looked terrible and the 2 young guys working there were laughing and not professional at all. The worst I’ve ever had.

We ordered pizza for family and live 6-8 mins away from the store. It took an hour and 17 mins to get to us…pizzas were cold and awful. Poor customer service. Won’t be returning. Sad as kids liked Papa John’s.

I was in need of a snack, so I opened the good Ole papa John’s apps and ordered some jalapeño papa bites. I get them all the time, but this time, they were burned. I would have returned back to the store, but I was headed out of town. I won’t be ordering from this store again. I’m afraid the pizza may be the same way. It took about an hour for the burned paper smell to leave the car.
Edit: Today, I went back to give another chance, and they were not burned, but it took 45 minutes to get them. I think the owner should look into the people he hires or be there when it gets busy to see how they handle the pressure of being busy.

Placed my order 9:42. Of course being delivered by DoorDash per usual. Get told it’s here never arrived at my doorstep. Called then at 10:11 they said they’ll remake it and send a new one to us in 10 minutes. It is now 11:13… No food still. Poor service. Never ordering again.

Do not order from this location. They left a giant piece of plastic in the pizza. Ridiculous that this would even pass. The manager couldn’t even apologize on the phone. Now we have to go to the doctor because it cut a throat.

I put one star on the pizza. Papa John’s has always been my number one pizza place for our family. Great crust, sweet sauce, and toppings. The pizza I got yesterday I’m not even sure had sauce but didn’t taste like the pizza I’ve ever ate in the past. Changed my opinion totally. I’m new to the area and will not be going back.

The Asst. Mgr. “CAT” was very wonderful and grade A+ customer service! She said she’s normally at the Lewisville Main Street location. So definitely will have to order from that location also! It’s nice to leave out of a place with a smile in your face.

Don’t know if they changed management but my pizza was good! It was delivered early, it was still hot and made exactly how I ordered it. My usual complaint with all pizza in this state is no sauce, but this one was made with plenty of sauce, loved it!
