We were waiting in line and it seemed like everyone was confused but an intelligent young employee noticed that we had not gotten served. Abby is her name and she helped us with our order. She was attentive and gave us excellent service. We appreciate her noticing that we were not be taken care of and going out of her way to help us with a smile and positive attitude. Thank you Abby!!!

This is the first time I received bad service and bad food. The fries were cold, they skipped my girlfriend’s order so she had to go up there to get her food. When we were ready for our sundae. I was going to get the sundae for her and I. They asked me to show her receipt, which she didn’t get it for some reason. It’s like I was gonna rip them off on a sundae when we paid for it. It’s the most awful experience and we won’t come here anymore.

Tonight I had the distinct pleasure of being accommodated by two pleasant young ladies.
Bianca greeted me and asked to take my order. I told her I wanted to try to replicate a blizzard from my childhood. She was patient, happy to help and respectful.
Bianca enlisted the help of her manager, Sydney. Sydney was also very respectful and kind.
We didn’t exactly replicate a peanut butter crunch blizzard but it was still delicious!
